My experience with this company has by far, exceeded my expectations. From the first telephone call to arrange a quote, right through to the end of the installation, every singe person I interacted with, were 5 Star customer service people. As a retired trainer in customer service, everyone of them would have received an A level pass. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for anything you need done.

I purchased premium panels and inverter at a competitive price. Entire process from sales to project management, communications and installation was completely professional and personalised for my requirements. No complaints whatsoever, exceeded expectations.

Excellent service from the team at SAE. The installers Arthur and Drew were outstanding in every way. Mark was very informative when inspecting our site and providing the quote. All the admin staff were very friendly and efficient, providing regular updates on the progress of the installation. Daryelle was very quick with responding to any of my enquiries.

SAE were great to deal with and install was super smooth. I'm looking forward to the savings solar provides. I did a lot of research prior to choosing who I would use and this company came with great reviews and were also recommended by solar quotes. SAE also installed my ducted air conditioning and were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced on both occasions. I definitely reccomend!!

Excellent company. We had a solar instillation by SAE. Had them recommended through word of mouth by friends and family who had had really good experiences We recommend them highly. The Sales part was great. Not pushy just straight up with the facts The admin team were great and had great Communications and made the paperwork aspect easy The technician who installed was great and sorted out any troubleshooting issues professionally. Great service all around Couldn’t recommend them high enough

From start to finish, we were impressed with the professionalism from SAE. Booking an appointment which was attended on time, professional quotation provided and timeframes worked out. Installation went without a hitch on the due date and instruction from the installers made it seamless when the solar was connected to the grid. No hesitation in recommending SAE for your solar needs.

Mark really knows his stuff. We had our system upgraded through SAE with a trouble free experience. The drop in our electricity bill and quick payback time made installing and upgrading a no brainer.

Overpromised and never delivered. They make our they have big stock holdings so that you will get your aircon installed straight away. Then take your deposit and suddenly have no stock. rescheduled installation 3 times. So now we've canceled and still waiting on refund. No one even showed any consideration when we rang to cancel.

Can't thank or recommend the team at SAE Group enough for our new 6.6kW solar system and bedroom AC unit...It feels good to be helping the environment whilst saving on the bills so thanks SAE!

Maree and i are returning customers of SAE after being very happy with our last solar system installed on our previous home . SAE is not the cheapest solar company out there but we were happy with their previous work so we went with them again . All went well until the day of instillation . The installers looked tired and really not on the ball . The job was completed and they were about to leave after telling me all the job was completed . I luckily noticed that the pool pump was not working and the lights also were not working in that section of our home . I informed the men of this and they checked the wiring and told me they had forgotten to connect one of the wires in the switchboard correctly . Great ! Over the next few days i noticed that the inverter was not giving the correct feed in power to the grid readout so i contacted SAE and sent many photos to them showing the different readouts . After several days they informed me that they were sending out a technician to replace the inverter . One week later he arrived and inspected the unit and said it was not installed correctly and some of the wires were in reverse . He also had to rewire some other wires because they were not up to SAE standard . I found this technician very helpful and incredibly professional . I was informed that the original crew were sub contractors . I am not sure if this is common practice but it surprised me that SAE does this . I feel let down by SAE and could no longer refer anyone to go ahead with a solar system from this company as we are dealing with life threatening work and if i had not checked their work it may have never been rectified , very disappointing . I am giving them a three star rating only because the system seems to be installed correctly now .

Great company, really friendly service and the rep was very experienced and knowledgeable. Installation was quick and efficient, no time wasted. Got a great deal on a solar and battery combo, highly recommend if you can. Warranty was the best i could find too 5*
