I recently visited this clinic for a facial treatment, paying $416 for what I expected to be a premium experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst facial I’ve ever had.

To begin with, the service fell far below the standards I anticipated for the price. I wasn’t asked to change out of my clothes, which was surprising and uncomfortable. Additionally, the facial bed had visible hair on it, raising concerns about hygiene and attention to detail.

During the treatment, the manual extraction process was extremely painful, and the therapist repeatedly complained about the condition of my skin. While I was aware my skin wasn’t in perfect shape, that’s precisely why I sought professional care. To address the issue, I even opted for an additional treatment at an extra cost of $188, hoping for better results.

However, not only did the facial fail to improve my skin, but it also left my face damaged, with small bumps that persist even after the treatment. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, especially given the high cost and the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality skincare services. I had a great experience at the S Aesthetics Clinic. During my consultation, the doctor was attentive to my needs, we had a conversation about my aesthetic concerns and she took the time to explain me the procedures and treatments that I was a good candidate for. It didn’t feel pushy or like they were trying to sell me any treatment, which made me feel at ease and gave me space to decide whether I wanted to proceed. I eventually decided to go ahead with the jaw botox. I was given the option to numb the area, and I decided to do it without. The procedure was pain-free and smooth, and I felt comfortable throughout. Overall, I would say the service is great, the doctor is competent, patient, and attentive to patient’s needs. I recommend !

5 stars mainly for great service from Shirley. She is very professional in her work, no hard selling and always check in to make sure you feel okay. Strongly recommend to find her for treatments and services! The treatment room is also very clean and spacious, quite comfortable as well.

Had my 3rd Juvelook with micro-needling promotional treatment done today and I must say the treatment works on my acne scars - my friends commented that my skin looks plumper, less dry and the scars have become less obvious! Dr Kai is very chatty and had suggested some procedures that work better for me instead of the ones I had in mind. Thank you Dr Kai and nurses 😀

I had a pleasant experience here with Dr Kai. He is really patience with his explanation throughout the entire process and he would definitely tell me his upmost honest opinion. No hard selling at all!! I would definitely recommend it.
