Got a pair of thorogoods from here recently. The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Stopped at every place in town to find work boots, I'm a 13 wide. They have all the larger sizes in stock, great quality product selection in boots and heavyduty work clothes. Highly highly recommend stopping in if you are any kind of tradesman, service is 10/10.
