Rob and his team at Safeway Outdoor Services repaired and transformed my circular driveway, they increased the width of the driveway by 7.5ft which made life so much easier when entertaining. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, I truly could not have asked for a better team to trust with my project.

We had our front and back outdoor stairs and walkways that were very old re done by Rob and his team. Beautiful work, completely redone with pavers. Neighbors walking by compliment them as well. Recommend Safeway.

Rob from the start of the job took work apart that he half fast put back together and now the patio is settling causing ponding water. He used the side of my house as a toilet and I chased him for a whole year one excuse after another why he could not come back to fix my landscaping lights. I paid him full shame on me and I have lights that do not work. As far as recommending this guy to do any work for anyone I would say run his shoddy workmanship and just dishonesty says it all terrible contractor.

Rob was able to take a high-level vision of an underutilized outdoor space and design and deliver a complete outdoor transformation: converting an empty hillside into a raised patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, hot tub pad, decorative and privacy landscaping and more. Rob and his team covered everything from design to permiting, construction, electrical, plumbing and more. There was never a situation where the project was stressful as an owner, and Rob worked personally to keep us informed and address any questions or feedback that we had throughout the process. Rob can be especially commended on his communication - he was always just a call or a text away and would provide prompt and clear responses to any questions that we had. We would (and have!) highly recommend Rob and his crew at Safeway Outdoor for any of your outdoor landscaping or hardscaping needs!

Safeway Outdoor Services did an excellent job installing sod, seed, bushes, and concrete at our house. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with great ideas for my property and left me with the information needed to take care of my new bushes, sod, and seed. They will be doing more work at our house for sure!

Rob and his team were great from start to finish. We were able to talk out a design plan and Rob delivered fully. We’re extremely satisfied with how front yard turned out and absolutely love the lighting. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Couldn’t be happier with Safeway. Hired them to do a patio and redo a dangerous set of stairs. Rob came up with a plan and it turned out amazing. Couldn’t believe how quick the process was and was a very reasonable price. All his employees were super professional and do great work. Was so happy with how the patio turned out I even had him redo my front walkway and put in a retaining wall. I highly recommend him. Even tolerated my toddler wanting to play on with the excavator.

Rob and team did a comprehensive backyard renovation at our home in Wyckoff, NJ in the early spring of 2023. The project included leveling a significantly sloped yard so that the space would be more useable. He also planted more than a dozen new thuja trees along the perimeter and also installed a french drain system in the front yard. He was incredible communicative and helpful throughout the process and I thought his pricing was great. I would use again and highly recommend. And for what it's worth...I'm a tough customer!

These guys are the best! I have an apartment complex and snow has never been removed as well as these guys do it! Lots of salt and no ice patches. 100 percent recommend this company. Bonus…..I don’t have to call and remind them to do this as they come when necessary everytime!

From the initial phone call, Rob and his team worked efficiently and diligently to give us the backyard oasis we didn’t think was possible. Safeway not only provided us with the design but also followed through with countless hours of work in the summer heat, going above and beyond all expectations. No detail was too big or too small for Rob and his team. We can not recommend Safeway enough!
