I had a great experience with Sales HQ. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to recruiting.

During my job search I maintained contact with Charlotte and Adam, both of which were absolute legends to deal with - Big public thank you, to the both of you. Charlotte, however, was my main point of contact and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did she place me in an amazing role successfully, she did so in record speeds and whilst making the whole process fun and engaging (not two words most people would use to describe job hunting!!) **Fun fact: she even found me a new position in the same building I currently work in, which made the travel time from my current job to my interview ...probably a world record 😂

After a contract for an extremely exciting new position for me unexpectedly fell through after going through a big interview process, I was admittedly a little bit de motivated and did not know where else to look as I did not want to rush getting a new position, I wanted it to make sure it was right on all avenues. A few days after my contract fell through I hopped on to linkedin and remembered that Charlotte Kwok was one of the very first recruiters I had ever spoke to years ago when I started off in sales with zero experience. She was extremely kind and helpful on the phone after adding her as a connection out of the blue and even took a video call with me to chat about my goals and gave me a lot of valuable advice which was very helpful when I was just starting out. After messaging Charlotte and asking for help she responded almost immediately, hopped on a call with me within the hour of messaging her and got me a job interview literally almost instantaneously for the next week with a company that I felt was an amazing opportunity for me. Charlotte is everything you want in a recruiter, a perfect balance of professionalism while also being extremely personable , almost feeling like your good friend you’ve known for years is helping you get a new job. Charlotte was very consistent with her communication, was available around the clock to chat with and made sure I was prepared for all stages of the interview and made me feel very positive about the whole process of getting a new job. Long story short, I got the job, a position I honestly thought I never would have gotten, in a new industry that I really wanted to get into. I can only give all my thanks to Charlotte as she is the sole reason I am working again and found me an extremely good role in a very short amount of time. If anyone is looking for a recruiter but also a great connection in Sales, I can highly recommend Charlotte.
