We purchased our gas insert fireplace from Salter’s ten years ago and Salter’s serviced our fireplace since purchase. We experienced a severe storm that blew off our chimney cap and the rain damaged one of our electronic control modules. Service Technician Greg Cole did a great job replacing the module and performing annual maintenance. The fireplace looks good as new and the embers glow brilliantly and the flames follow the contours of the logs. Well done, Salter’s!

Salters were excellent from start to finish! I had used them to replace a fireplace in my previous property & didn’t hesitate to contact them again for my fireplace needs at my new home. I was primarily dealing with Michala, who was extremely efficient and helpful in every way!!! I cannot emphasize enough how professional these guys are! Check them out for your fire place needs, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa Johnson helping me design and work through my options at Salter’s. She was infinitely patient and knowledgeable as I went through all my possibilities in their huge inventory! Also the framing and installation went smoothly. This electric fireplace (see image) has solved the problem of keeping my 20 ft high great room with 10 ft high windows warm!

My experience with Salters was positive in all aspects: Kristen in the showroom was very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace options and Amanda in scheduling was very efficient with arranging times for initial measurement appointment with Lou, to chimney inspection with Darryl and then for installation with Kevin and Sean. Everyone was very professional and respectful of each other, me and my home. And the final results are fabulous— I’m looking forward to using my beautiful new fireplace this winter!

Salters installed a gas fireplace insert about 6 years ago and continues to service it every summer. From scheduling the service appointment until the insert is cleaned and inspected and the final inspection is made it is always a professional and knowledgeable experience. Salters is just the best!!

We had a difficult issue with a pretty large, old stone fireplace in our family room. The Salters team listened to what we wanted and gave us several options to fit our needs with a great gas log fireplace that not only fits our opening perfectly but also has the most realistic log system I’ve ever seen. The entire process from analysis to proposals to installation was extremely professional. My only disappointment was the length of time it took to get all the components delivered but I don’t think there was anything Salter’s could have done about that. All in all a great experience and excellent result.
