My elderly mum got the keys to a new house this weekend, only to discover that it was full of furniture, clothes and other junk left behind by the previous owners. With moving vans arriving with furniture, we only had a day to get everything cleared. Andrew at Saltire House Clearance was one of only a few who would respond over the weekend. Even before confirming he could do the job, he offered to come and help move things to the garage to make space for the movers to bring furniture, in case he couldn't get help to take it all away on the same day. He came out promptly on Monday despite being fully booked, and collected a huge pile of stuff. Bigger than he'd originally quoted for as we found a lot more junk in the cupboards of the house. I was impressed how quickly and tidily he and his colleague worked. Couldn't be more happy. Highly recommended!

The whole process was straightforward, which given the circumstances (bereavement) was greatly appreciated. Andrew was respectful from the start of the process and very helpful throughout. The team arrived on time and after a discussion of what was to go and stay, I left them to it. I was contacted 30 minutes before completion and returned to find a good job well done. It was also good to discover that as much as possible had gone to charity or to be recycled. I would certainly recommend Saltire House Clearance in the future.
