GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I do not think a short tempered manager should ever hang up on a customer with a reasonable request.
I had relatively small repair job. There were 3 outlets not working, a very nice repair guy came and fixed it for 160, worked for 3 days. Another guy came a few days later and wanted 650. Understandably, I feel like the i should receive a refund for the first call since it was a shotty diagnoses, then i would schedule the 650 service call. The manager would hear none of it, a very overbearing guy, who did not like anyone disagreeing with him. I do not have money to keep donating. This company is taking money that should go to my kids. This company did not nothing to hear the customer out.
Hi Brent, as our Manager reached out to discuss with you, we came out and found that your circuit was in bad condition. We throughly explained the circuit needed to be restored with new devices and new electrical connections. You declined to proceed with the circuit restoration. Our technician replaced the damaged device and walked you through how to change out devices safely in order to help out financially. Upon leaving it was verbally described that your circuit needed to be repaired immediately and this was not a permanent solution. All of this information was included within the invoice that you signed. We charged you a minimum fee for our technicians time especially considering the distance traveled. The circuit was operational upon leaving and as throughly depicted to you, failed shortly after our departure. After you called in a second time, we sent out another technician to be able to get your circuit operational which you were advised would be at an additional cost. You declined services again and were not charged for this visit. After reviewing the recorded call with our Manager, we do not condone aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards anyone affiliated with our Company. You’ve been placed on a Do Not Service list due to this behavior and we wish you the best with your electrical needs.

Had a power problem at night, called to make an appt the next morning and they were onsite in about an hour. The technician figured out and found and fixed the problem and did some upgrades I agreed to and was done that day in a very reasonable amount of time. I would use them again and recommend them to all my family.

Nate came out to quote running electric to switch from a gas oven to electric. Was upfront and fair with pricing. I had to reschedule the job a few times, and the company was always amazing at letting me reschedule and making it very easy.
Nate and Luke got the job done quickly and professionally, going above and beyond. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to anybody needing electrical work.

Quick and professional service. They were available over the Thanksgiving holiday to diagnose and fix an exposed wire in the ceiling that was blowing a fuse. The technician took the time to highlight the problem and explain any questions.

Falcon Nate came out to my home to give an estimate on installing a Tesla wall charger. Upon inspection he determined my panel was insufficient for this job. Rather than giving me the run around he was straight forward and let me know he wanted to bring in someone with more experience to provide the estimate and install. I highly recommend Falcon Nate for your electrical needs. He was a great guy to chat with. Enthusiastic and honest!
