Beautiful environment,.well equipped, nice teams. Amazing residents.

Claridge Place is the best place to work, here you discover new skills, discover new people, but what I liked the most is the support I received from the managers and the company, which gives us a lot of confidence and helps us to be up to date with the most updated trainings without which you cannot work in such a sensitive field. I thank the company and the managers for offering me the unique chance to be part of this wonderful team

I’ve been working at Claridge place now for one year as Deputy Manager and I must say it’s the best job/ home iv ever worked in.. the staff and residents are just amazing.. the atmosphere within the home is lovely.. We promote dignity and respect to our residents, and also promote independence. The staff/ management are just amazing and all do a fantastic job!!

Claridge is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever worked in. Beautiful environment, amazing staff and well capable and excellent team of people committed to ensuring all residents receive the best care.

I joined claridge place in January 2023 I have worked here now for 9 months but I feel like I have been here for a lot longer the home itself is of high standard warm and welcoming all the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the manager to the domestic staff the resident and there families always greet you with a smile i work on the reminiscence floor which is very rewarding no two days are the same we do lots of different activities each day also going out on trips the dining experience is excellent food is great I look forward to my next day at claridge place i am working towards my level 2 diploma in health and social care and I am a dementia care champion for claridge place

I joined the home in Aug 2022 as their Customer Relations Manager. I have worked within the care sector for just under 5 years now and I have to say that not only is Claridge Place a beautiful presented home but the team here are amazing! The Care team, Domestic, Maintenance, Wellbeing and kitchen team work incredibly hard and show great pride in their work, they have genuine friendships with the residents. The Home Manager James Morris and the Deputy Manager, Dale Cole work hard to maintain a high standard, they have worked hard to bring a great team together and are never afraid to get their hands dirty and get stuck in. The residents are happy, have a great social life and have their care needs met to a high standard. I feel proud to work for Claridge Place and I feel proud to showcase it to prospective families!

I’ve been working at Claridge Place for about 6 months now, it’s a very beautiful home, the staff and management have been very supportive, I am happy to be part of the team here at Claridge Place.

I started working at Claridge Place at the end of January. From the day I stepped through the doors of Claridge Place, I felt a very warm and welcoming atmosphere from all members of staff and the residents. Since joining the team at Claridge 5 months ago I have felt very welcomed, which can be attributed to the friendly and supportive environment created by both staff and residents. I am constantly learning in my care role thanks to ongoing training and support from team leaders and management. Our team really puts the residents first to ensure they receive the best possible care and we do everything we can to meet their needs. In terms of the actual home, it really is luxurious and so beautiful, I would definitely recommend this stellar home to anyone

Where do I start ? I’ve only been working at Claridge Place since February. I’ve been welcomed with open arms from day one , fabulous support by Management, all my work colleagues, Residents & their families. The home is amazing , it’s a lovely happy caring environment . Since joining Claridge place in February 2022, it has been a continuous learning journey and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it. Claridge place is not only beautiful on the outside but inside too, the team are lovely, the residents are amazing and I think the Claridge Place experience as a whole is unmatched. Claridge is an amazing place where you can feel comfortable and happy talk to the people around you because the staff make you feel like you’re part of a big family. The staff work as a team in a tidy and professional way to guarantee your own needs.

And for my first ever care job it is safe to say it is a wonderful home, every member off staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful and still are if I feel like I'm struggling with something! The care provided at this home is the best I have ever seen, every team member goes above and beyond with the care they provide. Activities for the residents are on everyday. Claridge place is an ever growing family with residents and members off staff and I am proud to say I am apart off it!

I have been a member of the Claridge team for over a year now and I can confidently say I am settled! Claridge Place is a beautiful home with real 5 star standards. Needless to say, Claridge has been on an incredibly bumpy journey but with the assistance of all the fantastic staff and residents, we are finally reaching our destination! *Highly recommended care home. * I have recently joined Claridge place as a Care Assistant. Overall, the care home has an amazing ambience with great facilities for the residents. The care home is modern and clean. The residents receive five star care, and the management run the care home outstandingly. The training I received was really good and informative and the management are very approachable and professional. I would definitely recommend Claridge place to any prospective residents as the care given at the care home is five stars. I’m very glad to have joined this care home where I feel I can excel in providing the best care to the residents.
