I have fond memories here as a kid and now bringing little ones is a joy. I recommend coming early if you have little ones as it's pretty quiet when they first open. It's small enough to bring the whole family and big enough to feel immersed. Be sure to get the $20 feeding bundle that also comes with tickets to hold baby alligators and birds. It's well worth it and is magically with the little ones.

Kat that gave animal presentation was excellent. Some of the animal cages were empty or not labeled. The flamingos were the best. I don't like seeing animals in captivity though. We bought a brownie at Cafe and it was full of green mold noticed after we ate some of it. So disgusting.

My daughter and I were on a roadtrip for my birthday and this jungle garden is absolutely amazing we loved it from the parrot show to feeding the flamingos ..great for family with children the kids will love it..will return in the future.

Beautiful and worth visiting!

We visit Saratoga Jungle Gardens each time we visit my parents' home in Venice. It is such a fun place to be! There are many different animals throughout the park, but our favorite is the flamingos. The trails through the park are fun. You'll get your steps in for sure. There are many shaded areas to catch a break from the sun. Wear sneakers!

My first visit to Sarasota Jungle Gardens was nothing short of amazing! I had no idea this place existed until I was invited to check it out, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a perfect mix of nature, wildlife, and fun for all ages. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by parrots who seemed ready to offer fashion advice! The flamingos joined my selfie squad, and the peacocks totally out-strutted me with their fabulous feathers. The staff was friendly, and it’s clear they truly care about the animals. Whether you’re into learning about wildlife or just want a peaceful day out, Sarasota Jungle Gardens offers a unique experience. Don’t take my word for it—come check it out for yourself! I’ll definitely be returning for another adventure soon! The best time to visit Sarasota Jungle Gardens is typically during the fall and winter months (October through April). During this time, the weather is cooler and more comfortable, with lower humidity and fewer afternoon rain showers, making it ideal for exploring the gardens and enjoying outdoor activities. You’ll also avoid the peak summer heat and crowds.

Niestety, wyszłam z tego ogrodu zawiedziona; ptaki i gady, które chciałam zobaczyć były niedostępne z powodu renowacji. Ogród coraz bardziej zaniedbany, bardzo mało w nim fauny do oglądania. To miejsce to głównie sklep z gadżetami. Nie polecam. Renata

Such a fun place. Lots of animals to see. Don't miss the animal shows. Best part was feeding the flamingos!

It’s a cool place for the family! I bought an adult ticket for $25 and my toddler (2 yrs old) was free. Parking was free. We bought a super feed bag for $20. “The Super feed bag is a reusable bag made from recycled plastic. It is 12" long x 16" high x 5" wide. The feed bag contains 1/4 cups of flamingo food, alligator food and petting zoo food and 3 encounter tickets (each ticket is worth $5) for our Alligator Holding (2 tickets per person) & Bird Pose (1 ticket per person)” My daughter got to do everything at her age. ( holding the baby gator, picture with the bird) gator/ bird stuff was about 1-3 min each. She loved feeding the animals (flamingos, goats, fish, we couldn’t find where to feed the gator) the animals were very gentle! If you don’t want to buy a bag of feed, they have little stations right beside the animals for $0.50. They have a playground for kids and a cafe. The cafe wasn’t special and was naturally over priced as I bought a 12oz Powerade for $4. All in all, I had a good time!
