Hallo Jakob, vielen Dank für Deine Rezension. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die automatisierten Erinnerungen für Dich wie SPAM wirken. Viele unserer Kunden schätzen diese Erinnerungen, da sie helfen, den Prüfungstermin bei vollen Dienstplänen im Blick zu behalten oder diesen zu verschieben. Generell wird bei unserem Briefing vor der Prüfung immer gefragt, ob der Ton klar und verständlich ist. Wir haben uns die Audioaufnahme noch einmal angehört, konnten jedoch leider keinen Hinweis von Dir zu Audioproblemen feststellen. Wir hätten es begrüßt, wenn Du uns diesbezüglich informiert hättest, da wir gerne bereit sind, die Audioaufgaben bei Problemen erneut abzuspielen. Dein Erstprüfer hat Dir bereits das Feedback zu Deiner Prüfung mitgeteilt. Unsere Sprachprüfungen werden immer von zwei unabhängigen Prüfern bewertet, die regelmäßig von Austro Control zertifiziert werden. Unsere Prüfer bringen langjährige Erfahrung mit, und die Ergebnisse Deiner Prüfung sind das Resultat ihrer fundierten Einschätzung. In der Luftfahrt hat die Sicherheit oberste Priorität, und dies muss sich auch entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorgaben in der Kommunikation widerspiegeln. Wie Dir bereits mitgeteilt, hast Du immer die Möglichkeit, Dein Ergebnis bei Austro Control revalidieren zu lassen.
