Our practice has been with the Scheduling Institute since 2010 for our very first on-site telephone training. Since that time and over the course of years our business has grown significantly thanks to the amazing coaching program and on-site trainers that deliver great content and energize our staff to go above and beyond the status quo of the healthcare industry. For those doctors looking to start somewhere, I always point them in the direction of the Scheduling institute (now the Practice growth institute) and begin their journey with phone training. We just completed our advanced phone training Jan 16, 2024 and plan on annual repetition. Two thumbs way up to the entire organization - and to Jay Geier who began with a brilliant vision in helping private practice owners thrive.

Just completed a yearly planning event with Kirsten from Si/PGI. She was a great facilitator for me and my team leaders in discussing our Goals and Roles for 2024 and beyond. I feel confident we have laid out an achievable vision and I look forward to working on our plan with Scheduling Institute/Practice Growth Institute in the coming year.
