Our office clearly disclosed our $250 out-of-area trip charge prior to scheduling this service. Because we did not install your mini-split system and your location requires a 3-hour round trip—involving significant technician drive time, fuel, and vehicle wear—this fee covers the actual costs required to send a truck to your site.

Agreeing to these terms upfront, receiving the requested maintenance, and then leaving a negative review over a pre-approved fee is unfair to our business and our team. We stand by our transparent pricing and the high-quality service provided.

I highly recommend Superior CO-OP HVAC as well as the Mitsubishi Multi-Split install I just had done. I worked on the specs and sales of the system with my sales rep Rebecca Dennison and during her visit she clearly knew her stuff and was very personable and professional. What she did was her very best to recommend the precise system needed at the best possible cost to suit my particular needs for both heating and cooling. What she didn’t do was use any kind of high pressure tactics and uncomfortable sales approach. She was a genuine pleasure to work with. Joe and Carter did a tremendous job on the install and were also kind, courteous and did an exceptional job. We’re Looking forward to the comfort we never had before in our home and in the long run cheaper to run for sure which is a big bonus especially in today’s economy. 5 Stars all around.

I dealt mostly with Mathew and Glen. Mathew came out and designed the system I needed. He did an excellent job. Glen and his crew installed the units. I was very impressed with their work. They were knowledgeable and respectful to my family members. Did an excellent job. Glen worked with me a lot to understand how these units worked. I would recommend this company.

Was very happy with the installation. All went according to schedule. Was a bit dubious at first about cooling capacity, but after using, no longer a doubter. Boiling outside and perfect indoors.
