I highly recommend Scott Kupetz DMD! I had scheduled an emergency next day appointment for a chipped tooth and they were able to fit me in next morning. Dr. Scott and Ray, hygienist, were very professional and friendly and made me feel very welcomed which was so comforting after chipping your tooth! Dr. Scott provided a very thorough examination and provided me with detailed expectations/preventative tips. I would definitely recommend Scott Kupetz DMD for your dentistry services!

As another recent reviewer wrote, what's the point of advertising your practice as 24 hours emergency service when they don't even call you back! What a waste of time! If you couldn't treat a patient who is desperate for pain relief, the very least you could do is call back so the patient can move on and look elsewhere for help. Not even worth the 1 star.

What’s the point of having an emergency line if no one ever gets back to you? Called at 10am today, was told they would send the doctor a message and he would call me. By 4pm I heard nothing so I called back and they said they weren’t sure why he hadn’t gotten back to me yet and would submit another message. Still haven’t heard back. What a waste of time, thanks for nothing.

False advertisement. He does not respond to messages. I have been trying to be seen since Saturday and no response.

Dr Scott Kupetz has been my dentist for many years. Because of my anxiety about seeing dentists before Dr. Kupetz, my teeth were not in very good shape. Although the office is a 45 minute drive for me, I chose Dr Kupetz because he was known for painless dentistry. The doctor and his entire staff are all non-judgmental, personable, friendly, and kind. They treat patients like family. I have had cleanings, extractions, bone grafts, and am currently having dental implant work. I experienced no pain and the doctor and staff worked with my insurance company to ensure a fair and reasonable cost for me. I would definitely recommend Dr Kupetz and his staff.

This office is amazing!! Got me in the next day for an emergency root canal and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and eased my anxiety through the whole process. I’m so thankful for them! Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had, I highly recommend Dr. Kupetz and his team for your dental care!

Awesome experience!! Had severe pain on the weekend, his call service got right back to me and he saw me on a Sunday! Got me out of pain quick; Dr. Scott and his team were just awesome. Dr. Scott SAVED MY LIFE. My tooth was severely infected and the pain became unbearable on Friday night. He responded to me within a few hours and fit me in that Saturday at 6pm!! He fixed my tooth and it is AMAZING!!! 10/10 best dental experience I have ever had

BIG SHOUT OUT TO DR SCOTT!!!! SO I HAD A BAD TOOTH EXPERIENCE THAT KEPT ME UP FOR 3 DAYS STARTING ON A THURSDAY (7AM) THAT LEAD UNTIL SUNDAY (MORNING OF Father Day 2024) I DIDNT SLEEP FOR CLOSE TO 4 DAYS AND COULD HARDLY DRIVE TO THE SHOP! HE CALLS BACK IN LESS THEN 3 MINUTES SCHEDULING ME RIGHT AWAY. THIS MAN STOPPED HIS PERSONAL TIME TO HELP ANOTHER MANS FAMILY ENJOY HIS TIME WITH HIS FAMILY. STAND UP MOVE RIGHT THERE. HE SHOULD BE EVERYONE'S DENTIST. HIS PROFESSIONAL LEVEL IS 10/10 AND HE IS VERY COMFORTING WHEN IT COMES YOUR FEARS, BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS HES A KNICKS FAN... LIKE WOW.. COMMON... I had an emergency and as a new patient in the state it was really hard to find a dentist office that would be able to see me I was in so much pain from a broken tooth and after I called this office they were willing to help me the front desk lady told me to go in the office same day. I was happy with the outcome and they took good care of me. I appreciate their help! I would highly recommend.

Will see you quickly but charges the high end for services. A filling and x ray (just of a single tooth) was 650.00. Wish I had waited to see my dentist. Would’ve been half that price.

I’d genuinely give this man or his son my kidneys if they needed!!! Not only are they my own personal hero’s, but their integrity, and COMPASSION will keep me coming here. I selfishly left 4 emergency messages throughout a Saturday afternoon, he gets back to me and takes me in at 6:30 at night, ON A SATURDAY?!?!! I’ve never in life have been more eternally grateful for their kindness, their support, and more importantly their professionalism. Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart!!!!

This place is sketchy. He was very dismissive of me even trying to ask questions about my teeth and got rude with me over "taking too much of his time" because I was trying to to ask "too many" questions. I could hear the receptionists arguing about who messed up someone's appointment date as well, which is not very reassuring (the one who handled me was nice enough but obviously sick) the whole place was very unprofessional and Dr Goldman himself is potentially the worst culprit, never have I met a doctor who seems less concerned for my well being. BEWARE

Dr. Scott Kupetz! It was the weekend..Saturday to be precise. I was in the shop working on some wood projects for my mother's house. I swung a long peice of wood around. Of course hit the long hanging florescent, medal shop lights hanging from the ceiling. Front tooth was gone before I knew what happened. Well to me it was gone. I still actually had small section left. He was the only dentist that was willing to help me out on a Saturday. He did what I thought would have been impossible. By the time I left it was hours later, late at night. He stopped everything to do alot of work on my teeth. I left a happy, grateful, and confident human again.He saved what little tooth I had left. Built up a temp tooth till I receive the caps. All this before I had any really serious nerve pain. Not to mention an instant boost to my ego. Excellent job. Perfect man for the job at the time. I would recommend him to anyone.

The "open 24 hours" is misleading. They have an answering service and the Dr. will get back to you 24 hrs/day...if you have a major dental emergency at 11PM or 6AM and need to be seen immediately, you have to wait until office hours. So, technically that isn't being "open" 24 hours.

My son was not a patient of Dr. Kupetz but was in need of a root canal on a Christmas Eve Saturday. He drove in from Lake George to take care of him. Dr. Scott saved Christmas for us!. Outstanding service and care, and we cannot thank him enough.

So there I was. The day before Christmas Eve. At work with a toothache which had plagued me for a few days, but which suddenly decides to become unbearable. Even speaking for long durations would hurt. Of all the days of the year, this Grinch of an ache decided to ruin my holiday weekend and beat me down into submission. My usual care provider had taken leave already for the holidays, and even an emergency call led them to encourage me to take some Tylenol and Motrin and continue to take the antibiotics they had already prescribed me and call back on Tuesday when everyone would be back in the office. Do I blame them? Not at all! It was the holidays and it was my lack of proper dental hygiene which put me in this spot. A self inflicted wound, of which I would have to suffer the consequences. But alas, a hero by the name of Dr. Scott Kupetz heard my cries of pain and without hesitation answered the call. An appoint was made, for noon, ON CHRISTMAS EVE! What a mensch! One emergency root canal later and I am again enjoying Christmas Cookies, Singing Carols, and Drinking Eggnog. All pain free. If you are in need of any dental procedure I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Scott. I will forever remember him as the man who saved my Christmas.
