I joined Sculpt Fit Society two months ago as a beginner, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coaches are professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. I started with a trial lesson where I was introduced to the gym, taught how to use the machines, and learned the theory behind each exercise. The guidance I've received has been invaluable in boosting my confidence. What once felt intimidating is now something I genuinely look forward to. I joined Sculpt Society for the group classes. They have 3 introductory classes to prepare us for the group classes. Nicholas is the trainer for the introductory classes. He has been guiding us on proper posture in all of the classes. He is strict and also encouraging and always makes sure we are lifting the weights correctly. Very happy to have proper guidance from the beginning. Jayden was another trainer who was guiding me on the nutrition aspect. He shared on how I can have calorie deficit diet that is more feasible to continue on a daily basis.

Was recommended by a friend to try out Sculpt Society after she had a good experience at their group class. We went for a trial lesson with Coach Nicholas and was introduced to the gym, how to use each machine and the theory behind each exercise. Coach Nicholas was very detailed and patient to answer all our questions and we decided to sign up with Sculpt Society. We have been taking introductory lessons with Coach Nicholas and he guided us on the correct posture of each exercise, safety measures and was very encouraging throughout each lesson. I used to be apprehensive about going to the gym as I don’t know what to do or how to start. But with proper guidance through the introductory sessions, I feel more confident and ready to start our gym classes now! Thank you to Coach Nicholas and the team! Keep up the good work and positivity! P.S. if anyone's new to the gym and need a place to start, Sculpt society is a great place to kick off your fitness journey! :)

Been a gym goer for awhile and has been stangant on my workout activities with little progress over years. Decided to search for a transformation gym for a change. Chance upon Sculpt Society with many good reviews on huge transformation for many clients, especially from the founder Viki's real life story of losing 70kg which captivate my eyes. Sculpt Society also matches my criteria for having full facilities & equipments with spacious floor area and located conveniently within 5mins walk from yck mrt. Engaged Head Coach Nicholas, who is a very meticulous & detailed person to train you on various workout techniques and style that you have never tried before. He is also very knowledgeable on the know-how and answer every single questions on what and why of your doubts. I'm amazed by his vast knowledge and would Highly recommend Nicholas for being the greatest PT trainer! KUDOS đŸ‘đŸ»

Nestled within The Grassroots Club near yio chu kang mrt station, it offers convenient access to all. We went for a trial class and decided to take up a package each to motivate ourselves to keep fit and build knowledge on the use of gym equipment. Nicholas was very patient and taught us which body parts should be activated for each of the exercise that we were doing, lessons which will serve us well as we embark on our class trainings. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work!

Was under head coach Nic for 20 sessions and lost about 6-8kg over 2 months. He was very knowledgeble and would constantly follow up with his trainees to be accountable for their diet and exercise. I would recommend him to anyone as anyone under him will definitely lose their weight 100%

I began the Sculpt Society weight loss program about three months ago, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the progress I’ve made. Trainer Nat has been fantastic—her support and encouragement have made me feel at ease in the gym, especially since I tend to get anxious about working out. Her expert advice on equipment use, form, and diet has been incredibly valuable. I’ve not only made positive progress but also learned the importance of healthy weight loss e.g. never starve yourself. Best thing honestly is discovering I’m capable of far more than I thought possible... like lifting weights I never imagined I could EVER lift (haha I'm a really weak gurlie). It's been a fun journey!

It has been a great experience at Sculpt thus far. Gained a lot of knowledge on both nutrition and the right way of doing exercises from my trainer, who goes above and beyond to ensure that I’m consistent with my diet and independent to perform exercises on my own.

Do not contact them unless you appreciate being spammed. Came across their advertisement on ig and reached out to them. Keep getting spam from them ever since, from different WhatsApp and even sms. Tried unsubscribing and even blocking but still they keep contacting. Edit: saw it in my email too, spamming across all channels is so annoying.

Even if it's for a trial, it's really heartwarming to see the founder himself come down and get his hands dirty to show what proper gym routine and form is. It all start from the basics and if the form is not done properly, it will affect your whole routine. For that 1 hour, I have learnt very important fundamentals. Appreciate the time and sincerity! Highly recommended, quality workouts for your time spent.

I started attending the Sculpt Society for about a week ago and i have already lost 3kg. The facilities are top-notch, providing a wide range of equipment that is well-maintained and modern. What truly sets this gym apart, are the instructors who not only experts in fitness but also have a deep understanding of weight loss and nutrition. A special mention must go to Viki, the chief trainer, whose positivity and patience have made a significant impact on my weight loss journey. His step-by-step guide to weight loss has not only been enlightening but has also helped me to see weight loss as an achievable goal.
