Dorado Hot Tub Wow what a company starting with the sales team they were happy to answer any silly questions I had to ask they more than happy to help and very professional!!! Declan help me with the finance side and that was an easier than I thought also very quick. The delivery team were very knowledgeable and talked me through everything i need to know about the hot tub. I WILL be recommending you guys to family and friends I have family coming over tomorrow to so they can try it out so fingers crossed you’ll have another order early next week 😉

GREAT SERVICE Hot tub needed to go through a door which was just big enough ..the delivery guy was very helpful and worked hard to get the tub through and in place ,he then set everything up and said we do not leave until you are happy and aware of how to use and maintain it, he spent about an hour filling and setting up the hot tub for us ..Hot tub has been great.

5 person hot tub Placed order and was expecting delivery end of September Got a text saying there was availability for the 2nd of September which was great Hot tub arrived and was delivered almost faultless Only issue was our patio was scratched by the spa sled which had a rock underneath and the scratch will not come out Other then that great service!

Taj doesn’t get back to you Called to inquire about availability. Spoke to Taj who said he’d call me back later that day. He never did. Owner needs to know what’s going on.

Legend Hot tub Install Legend Hot tub Install Paul and his Colleague were absolutely superb in every aspect of the install The hot tub needed going over next doors wall and into our garden This was no trouble at all with every care taken Paul also explained all aspects of the hot tub with how to use it and what everything did Even what chemicals to use . Could not fault Paul and his colleague one bit and i would highly recommend them both for any install. Superb all round

Hot tub warehouse out class all others I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the superstore I knew what I wanted and the staff members answered all my questions. I bought the hot tub in store and it was a breeze given all information regarding what was going to happen and when. Delivery day and the guys were awesome and within a few hours it was up and running I went for a 11kwh air source heat pump and it’s made a huge difference to my electric bill I barely see any difference. I could not be happier thank you to everyone super impressed

Great experience! 10/10 customer service! I called last week in desperate need of a hot tub by this Friday, Taj took my call and ensured that I would have my delivery by bringing it himself after hours! He was so lovely upon arrival, explained everything brilliantly and had a good laugh too! 100% recommend! The tub is up and running and I'm super happy!!

Our little slice of heaven From ordering until now, nothing has been to much trouble for Scunthorpe Hotubs. They have been on hand with all of my silly questions and have been attentive and polite. We have always wanted a hot tub and now we finally have the hot tub of our dreams. I highly recommend the company 😘

Annual Service We bought a hot tub last from Scunthorpe Hot Tubs and on Wednesday an engineer attended to carry out the annual service to keep the lifetime warranty in force. The engineer who attended (Jamie) was a credit to the company, he was polite, really knowledgeable and helpful and you could see by his actions that he really took pride and care in what he was doing. So far I've only great things to say about this place

Happy hot tub day! Fantastic service. I brought our tub for my husbands birthday. After wanting one for probably 10 years! He is in the fire service and deserves to switch off when he finally gets home! Ordered via the website and I got confirmation right away and a text to tell me Jamie will be installing everything the day before my husbands birthday. Jamie arrived and within a short amount of time, he had installed it, gave me the details and was on his way. Fantastic. Super friendly! I called the office once just to ask a quick question and they were very helpful. Amazing tub. Really wonderful. Highly recommend.
