Booked a load with Steven Kassin . He told me we had an 8 am delivery on Friday , but we we checked in at the receiver , we were told that was a lie, fresh and frozen products get unloaded in the afternoon . So we had to sit and wait until 6 pm for them to give us a door . Not only did he lie to us, but wont even answer the 10 emails i sent him . Now we lost the whole weekend , because this is a dead spot . Stay away from these shady brokers

Booked a load with them and after waiting 45 minutes I called them that I have not recieved the Rate Con. They said it was given to a different carrier. Just a shady practice of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM LIKE I DID.

Would not use this company booked a load with them it was not a food grade load i deadhead 94 miles they rejected my trailer said it was dirty they wouldn’t let us sweep it out they said they was going home in few minutes then I load a load of bottle water right after this didn’t even have to sweep it out shipper just lazy and didn’t want to load trailer

We had a few issues on the previous load, and working with Andy Barnett in Kingsgate he was able to help us out to still get loaded and be home by Friday. He kept in contact with dispatch, our driver and the customer the entire way and ended up working really well. I would do business with again for sure.

I am representative of carrier company Buildings Falcon Inc , we did a load for that company - with broker Jared. I booked a load with 9 am delivery in Utah , although when my driver arrived to Delivery - they told us it is 1 PM appointment , broker just lied us about it , he promised to pay the detention but in few days told us - he will not . We just lost the whole day in Utah because of that liar . Put this company in BLACK LIST

I called for a load, some one answer the phone said they will be right with me and I was holding of hr 1.59 mins, listening to the recording saying some one will be right with you, this is the only reason I was holding, come to find out they close at 5:00 PM . they just left and did not bother to advised me this is not very professional.

Horrible broker never will work with them again. Broker is a joke they hold our truck at the reciver from friday morning till saturday morning and they dont answer phones now and they are playing stupied. We lost backhaul what coast us come back empty on satruday and it was shot load to ohio. Avoid them
