The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was probably the quickest and easiest new patient appointment that I've had with a dentist. I was in and out within 30 minutes. While that may seem to quick, the staff were incredibly thorough. I received a full oral exam, multiple xrays, and upon checking out the staff called the oral surgeon and set up my referral right then and there for me.

Dr Gruener is pleasant, experienced, gentle and professional as with the hygienist’s. The staff is organized, helpful, friendly and informative. The place is clean and has a homey feeling. My broken tooth is finally repaired, no pain and little waiting. They took care of everything including insurance dialogue. I will keep them as my family dentist because they made me feel like I’ve always been there!

I like that they anre easy to communicate with about your treatment, what you want done, insurance coverage, etc. Second, I think Dr. Gruener is extremely competent. I have been going to SW Family Dental for decades, and I would not want to change. Highly recommend them.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and fully explained the process and what the expectations were for my partials. I would fully recommend anyone to make this facility their regular stop for all of their dental care.

Went to get teeth cleaned. After cursory exam with x rays they took measurements of pockets. That's ALL THEY DID and charged my Humana $940, well over half my coverage!. Only to refer me to somebody who could do deep cleaning because they don't! Because of this overcharge i couldn't get my teeth cleaned for 6 months!

I have dental anxiety. A tooth broke. They were so kind to see me as soon as possible. The dentist showed me my issues on xray. She also explained my options and what is involved in each option. So love a doctor that does that and lets you make your own health choice. They were so careful to make this a confortable appointment.

Never and all of my years have I meant such a rude office staff. There's never any consistency of staff. They make charges that are unwarranted to your Insurance Company without telling you. I would recommend that you look for another dentist when in need.
