If you are looking for a converyancer, look no further. Con was beyond exceptional. Contract reads happened what felt like instantaneously and with detailed breakdowns. Every step until settlement was clearly explained, and all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. He has a good understanding of the space. Price was reasonable too. Ultimately Con helped facilitate a smooth processing for purchasing our first place.
