Wir haben das Paket OffRoad mit zipline gebucht. Bei der Ankunft war es schon so ein durcheinander, man wusste nicht was man jetzt anziehen oder mitnehmen sollte. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir kommen danach zurück um Badesachen anzuziehen. Ein Spind musste für 10$ gemietet werden (in unserem ersten Spind hat irgendwas seit Ewigkeiten vor sich her geschimmelt) und selbst Handtücher kosten 7$. Eine Versicherung für die Atv konnte man auch zusätzlich noch für 15$ buchen. Alles war sehr stressig, meiner Meinung nach überfüllt an Besuchern, aber Hauptsache das Geld mitnehmen, dass man ewig wartet und dann gehetzt wird interessiert niemanden. Die Tour fing an mit dem "Rolercoaster". An sich eine coole Idee aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr viel Rost, man wurde total durchgeschüttelt was total unangenehm war und ich war froh als es vorbei war. Danach ging es mit einer sehr großen Gruppe zu den Ziplines. Es hat teilweise total lange gedauert und sich total gezogen, 10 Ziplines, alle ziemlich kurz, nicht schnell und man sieht nicht als Bäume. Nach 2 wäre ich am liebsten wieder runter. Bei der letzten Zipline ist man komplett im Wasser gelandet, die konnten wir nicht machen da uns ja gesagt wurde wir bräuchten keine Badesachen. Fotos machen war nicht erlaubt, ich war bereits bei anderen Ziplines und dort habe ich tolle Videos und Bilder machen können, aber klar man will ja für teures Geld die schlechten Bilder von den Fotografen verkaufen. 25$ pro Bild oder 120$ für alle Bilder. Niemals! Dann ging es endlich zum OffRoad, an sich das einzige gute an diesem Tag, allerdings waren es gerade mal 15 Minuten auf einem kleinen Bereich dem Guide hinterher. Die Cenote danach war ebenfalls nichts besonderes, war einfach nur ein Wasserloch wo man reinhüpfen konnte, da haben wir mit Abstand schönere gesehen. Am Abschluss wurde noch auf Tips für die Guides gewartet, sorry aber bei den teuren Ticketpreisen und den hohen zusätzlichen Kosten für Spind, Handtuch und Versicherung habe ich dafür leider nichts übrig. Im Endeffekt habe ich den Tag bereut und hätte lieber den ganzen Tag am Pool gelegen statt dort ewig rumstehen und warten bis es endlich fertig ist.

A lot of fun for families. Zips are good for almost any age- the coaster is pretty tame and definitely something different. The cenote was fun as well, not very extravagant but refreshing. The staff was attentive and friendly- definitely felt it was a great value-

We had an absolutely great time. It was beautiful and the staff was very inviting. The lunch was nice, but only this we were unhappy about if that we did not get all of the photos we paid for. Very disappointed.

We had a blast with the zipline and 4x4 tour! The Guides were all incredibly fun and made the experience super memorable. Loved the aquazip!

Linda experiencia. Los juegos divertidos y seguros, en el paquete deberían mejorar la flexibilidad en el paseo de cuatriciclos, muy rigurosos, poca diversión. Y también la oferta de almuerzo, que es bastante pobre y limitada, sobre todo en bebida

This was so much fun! We booked an excursion here through Sitio and had a blast. We did the jungle coaster, 10 zip lines, cenote swimming and ATV’s. My favorite was the ATV’s! Our instructor, Chino, was fantastic. Very personable and helpful. It was relatively cheap for everything you get to experience! It took around 7 hours including transportation to and from (an hour each way).

We did the extreme Canopy for 70 USD per person. We enjoyed the Zip-lining and the "roller-coaster", but it still felt slightly too expensive for what you get. They also weren't able to find our reservation in the system and let us wait 1.5h for the next tour. It probably could have been handled slightly better. During those activities, they will take some professional photos. These photos are great. However, to get all of these you have to pay 80 USD or 25 USD for a single image. Which seems like very overpriced. I probably would have bought one for around 10 USD.

Amazing place to visit!

Had a great experience here. The people who work here are great. You'll get nice ATV experiences, jumping into lake, zip lining, etc. The guides are great. Only downsides are that they don't prilovide free lockers, the food is super mediocre, and the lines are long. Overall a great experience. I'd recommend.

Very kind staff, the ziplines and atv's were the most fun for me. Wilson is nice and has a fun playful vibe that added to the experience in a positive way.
