Cannot speak more highly about this company. Got the runaround from several of the national chains in Carmel finally got in touch with Sentry. They got me in the same day. Had my car back to me promptly. Communication was great. I will recommend to anyone I know that needs a new windshield. Locally owned too, which is a huge plus!

Let me start off by first saying that I am in the same industry. Emily is top notch when it comes to customer service and willing to help another person in the same industry. That is AWESOME!! Was able to coordinate a job same day to assist in the impossible. Everett went above and beyond and I cant give enough kudos to this business. I recently had the windshield replaced in my Ford Explorer. When I arrived at Sentry Glass I discovered I had a tire that needed air. The tech not only replaced the windshield he also aired up the tire! I received excellent customer service and I highly recommend Sentry Glass. They also gave me an air freshener that is awesome!

So glad I made that one last call before bringing it somewhere else. The other 3 places I called were all right around $1000 for a windshield. Sentry was $750. Then I was able to get a Saturday appointment and they had me out of there in 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The adaptive cruise control in my 2012 Audi A6 would not work because the lane assist camera in the windshield stopped working. I sent the camera to a shop to get it repaired but was told it was unrepairable. I tried to purchase a new camera from an internet retailer but was told it is no longer in production. I then called the local Audi dealership, their parts department told me they could get one for $2400. Their price was double what the online retailer quoted before they knew it wasn’t available. I then found a used one from a salvage yard online. The listing said it was tested and works. I purchased it and installed it. When I started the car the message said ACC and brake assist unavailable. I purchased equipment to hook the car to my computer thru the OBD2 port. The software said VIN mismatch error. The VIN programmed in the module must match the VIN of the vehicle. I could get the module to work if I deleted the error but when the car was restarted the error came back. I had to delete it every time I started the car. I found out that I needed ADAS programming. I found several businesses online that claimed to do this service. When I called them most of them said to go to the dealership for this programming. I called a few dealerships within a 500 mile radius. I took the car to one a couple hundred miles away. They tried to program the used module but couldn’t get it to work. At this point about 6 months had passed. I said a prayer for guidance to get the cruise control working. The next day I got a text from Joe at Sentry Glass. He said they got new equipment and thought it could solve my problem. I dropped the car off around 3 in the afternoon on Monday. He texted the next morning around 9 a.m. and said I was good to go. Joe was able to program the module at a very fair price. His expertise is very valuable! The cruise control works perfectly now! I recommend Sentry Auto Glass ADAS to anyone who needs this service! Thanks Joe

Thank you for the kind review. We strive to have timely service and within 24 hours. We also warranty our rock chip repairs - so if a repaired rock chip spreads and a windshield replacement is needed, we put the cost of the repair towards the windshield replacement.

I’m so relieved to no longer be driving around with a cracked windshield. I highly recommend choosing their services over a large chain—local, efficient, and reasonably priced. Found this business when I was picking my car up at a shop and I saw their truck. Fast service, friendly owner and staff, and a very nicely apportioned waiting area. I was unable to have them install at my site, due to the style of windshield I had (lane sensor attached), but they were able to get me in next day.
