True Serenity
We recently returned from our 9 night stay at Serenity for our honeymoon and it was truly incredible. Resort facilities: the pool, pool bar and restaurant are beautiful. The food is absolutely delicious and we ended up eating at Serenity every night. The resort grounds are maintained meticulously and everyone takes great pride in the maintenance of the property. Special shout out to Jonathan, who you will see taking care of the grounds but also makes a fantastic Jonathan Special coconut beverage. Room: we stayed in a Premium Plunge Pool suite and it was beautiful, the enclosed courtyard area is such a great addition to your experience. Our room was kept incredibly clean by Tracy and team. Neri, our butler, also made sure our snack area was kept full and our beverages were replenished daily, she would also make draw baths for us when we were out on adventures to ensure we had total relaxation as soon as we got back. Staff: the staff at the resort take the experience from great to exceptional. Every staff member you pass says hello and every single person is willing to help if you need anything, we did not have one bad interaction with any staff member. There are a few staff members who went above and beyond for our stay but this list is far from exhaustive: (1) Neri (our butler) planned the perfect itinerary for us and made sure we never went a minute without anything we needed to fully relax, (2) Charles (bartender) puts on the entertainment while making you the best drink you could imagine on top of being a great guy to talk to, and (3) Solange (bartender/restaurant) made sure you were always having a good time and comes in every single day with a fantastic attitude, everyone needs a Solange in their life. The other staff members who deserve a special shout out are: Toya, Ginel, Ali, Kevin, Delon, Ray and Gemma. They each contributed to our stay in a different way but every single one of them made our honeymoon one we will never forget. Coconut Bay: we did venture to Coconut Bay on a couple of occasions but never ate any of our meals or really used the facilities there. When you return to Serenity, you forget that Coconut Bay is there. They really are two very separate resorts and experiences. Choosing Serenity was absolutely the best choice we could have made and we are hoping to be back soon!

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is incredible. So kind and knowledgable, but truly just great people. I wish I could list everyone we met, but for the sake of space I’ll just give a special shoutout to our incredible butler Davidson, the housekeeping and turndown teams, Ray at the bar, Kevin the MC, Solange at the Greathouse, Tyler with the breakfast delivery, and Jonathon the coconut man! If you run into him and he offers to bring you a coconut drink, just say yes. The suite is cozy and private with plenty of space in and outside. Very comfortable bed and easy to control the temperature of the room. The variety in excursions was wonderful and was a great way to see more of the island and its people. Having access to the “main” part of Coconut Bay was wonderful, with the additional pools, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend booking direct! We stayed for a week which gave us the Grand Romance package - it included so many things that our resort neighbors had to add on their own since they booked through a third party. The ONLY “negative” experience we had was the tree frogs at night as my husband can sometimes be a light sleeper. The frogs can occasionally be a bit chatty if they decide to park outside your unit. But they’re also just a Caribbean staple, so you’ll find them really anywhere in this part of the world.

Came back to our favorite place for our babymoon! We LOVE Serenity, we truly feel like family the moment we get there. 5 mins from the airport is so great, you basically step out of the airport, blink, and you're at the resort. Ali and Kevin remembered us from 2023, what a treat to see them! This time we had an amazing low key trip spending a lot of time in our villa, but we have to give shout outs to our butler, Daniel. He was fantastic! Made sure I got my daily fresh coconut, very attentive, friendly, and overall made our experience great! Set up a beautiful beach cabana for us, which we loved hanging at. Thank you to chef, who was able to provide the best gluten free meals throughout the day. She was a gem! Went out of her way to make us desserts, pancakes, and crab cakes GF! Sabby and Nella, are great, they made us feel like family every night and were amazing at accommodating us, making sure all our meals were safe (even on their day off). Thanks to Lee, for making my basil mocktail any chance he could, I was living off those! Everyone at Serenity is so lovely and we always enjoy our experience there!

Last day and thanks to Chris and the amazing Team. All of them are great and make the holiday special. Davidson is a gentleman and a wonderful person, no fuss just on it 100pc. To the 3 amigos Delon, Lee and Charles thank you as always as well as Kev and Ray. To the lovely ladies Natoya, Ginel, Natasha, Tessa, Gemma, Jakira and of course Tyler, to name just a few. We are 2 Brits from Sussex in the UK – both in our 70s but still very agile and celebrating 50 years together having met in 1976. My wife & I have never been to the Caribbean before and were looking forward to a once in a lifetime holiday. Didn’t work out as that however - it was so good we are definitely going back again!! McCarthy, our butler was amazing and so helpful. He phoned us in the UK before our departure to ask how we would like our bar stocked. After a very short ride from the airport, he was at Serenity Reception to welcome us on arrival and looked after us throughout our 2 week holiday. On his days off, McCarthy passed the reins to Daniel who was just as friendly and efficient. The suites all have their own very private & quiet courtyard area with plunge pool, hammock and pre-stocked bar with our favourite drinks (thanks McCarthy!). The suites are well equipped with coffee machine, ice maker plus all the usual items. A big thanks to Shirley who kept the room immaculate and made different towel animals for us every day (my favourite was the monkey!). We spent some very relaxing times in the courtyard watching hummingbirds flit from flower to flower in the beautifully landscaped gardens. As evidence of how thoughtful the staff are, they even ran a bath for us to sink into on return from horse riding to sooth our aches & pains. All the suites are a very short walk from the main pool area where all the action takes place at Serenity. There is live entertainment every night. On Wednesday night (Starlight Serenade) and Friday night (rum tasting followed by live band & fire eaters), the tables are set up around the pool itself, creating a very special atmosphere. On Sunday, there is a barbeque lunch around the pool followed by games and live music. Kevin was the major force behind these and a huge star! The pool bar staff (Ray, Charles and the Coconut Man, Jonathan) were all helpful & efficient. Try a cocktail from the Provocative menu – you won’t be disappointed! The Greathouse Restaurant overlooks the pool area and is where we had breakfast and dinner. We could never manage lunch as well although the menu looked just as good. The food is outstanding and couldn’t be faulted. If you like fresh fish, there is always “catch of the day” and we tried mahi mahi, red snapper, trigger fish, king fish and sword fish as well as the giant prawns. All delicious but however excellent the food, a hotel is nothing without good staff and at Serenity, the staff really make this place come alive. Special thanks to Solange, Ginel, Nela, Tyler, Toya and last but definitely not least, the wonderful Sabby who made us feel so at home every day. We miss you all and hope to see you again soon.

Husband and I went for our 33 Anniversary and everything was MORE than what we could have imagined! Our Butler was Davidson “David” and he was FABULOUS! Was very attentive, courteous and funny! He kept us up to date with all activities, planned all of our excursions and made sure we had everything, everyday that we needed! Everyone on the property and island were AMAZING! So nice and happy! We will definitely be back! Thanks again to everyone who made our trip memorable! We miss you all !
This was by far an unrivaled vacation to the highest of standards I didn't know existed. It all began when our fabulous butler Kaisha called me the day before arrival. We booked third party, HUGE MISTAKE, BUTTTTT Kaisha swooped in, corrected the issue and called me back and told me as well. I explained to her what we wanted to do and see around St. Lucia, less than an hour later full fledged itinerary sent my email! OUTSTANDING! So, from this point we haven't even boarded our flight and we are brimming with excitement! We arrive to the gorgeous island of St. Lucia and after clearing customs we were immediately able to find the Coconut Bay curbside desk outside the airport. We checked in and within minutes our private transfer to Serenity had arrived. Out of the many reasons to choose this all inclusive luxury property, the 7 minute ride from the airport is a huge plus. We arrive to Serenity, our bags our handled for us and we meet Kaisha in person, in Caribbean style, holding two coconuts with rum options to add! Here's a tip, go for the coconut rum, you won't be disappointed. We were in the smallest of 3 options at Serenity, and I use the word "small" lightly. It was a spacious 1250 sq. ft. (116 sq. meters) with a hammock, private plunge pool, private balcony with a fenced area, king size bed, rain forest glass shower, a large soaking tubs, two closets, and double sinks. Couldn't ask for more but it was only the beginning. I notice a phone on the table and think, "Oh no, someone left their phone!" WRONG. It was a personalized butler phone! When they advertise 24 hour butler service they weren't kidding. Personalized butler during the day, a relief butler at night, and a standby butler if your butler during the day is off. No lapse in service just 100% personalized concierge service at all times. Just for example, my partner was fast asleep, I decided to order a side of French Fries at 2 am, within less than 10 minutes delivered to the butler box while I lounged in my hammock! No kidding! By day 2, Ginel and Solange knew my coffee orders in the morning and Charles and Ray knew my adult bevy orders later at night. Would sit down or say hello, and immediately greeted with my drink of choice. This level of service was reminiscent only to my Viking River expedition, but Serenity was better BECAUSE Viking is not 24 hour service! No 2 am French Fries or late night bites on Viking! A big shout out to Quade, Delon, Toya, Hannah, Kevin, Tessa, Roy and Faye! Throughout our vacation the staff couldn't be more pleasant, accommodating, and FUN! We had the most amazing excursions planned for us by Kaisha! First was a sunset cruise with the "Green Flash" included! Next was a 5 hour couple only tour of the island by a private driver! If I had to choose, this was the highlight of our trip! Dane was phenomenal in all aspects of the word! We toured the caldera volcano, beautiful views of the UNESCO Pitons Management area, the gorgeous Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, and a surprise visit to the Hotel Chocolat! Dane made our trip special and on island time, never felt rushed! Next was our ATV Island tour with a stop on a volcanic beach and some ruins, great for pics! Serenity had the most amazing restaurant on site, we barely left Serenity regarding food! BUT don't forget Coconut Bay has water slides, a lazy river, pool swim up bars, and fun for everyone just a few steps outside the Serenity oasis. DO NOT SKIP THE WATERSLIDES! So incredible! From fire breathers to limbo dances and karaoke, Serenity never felt boring! Coconut Bay as a whole has so much fun under the sun for all! But Serenity was the crown jewel for my partner and I! From the local we met, to the staff on site, and all the guests my partner and I never felt unwelcomed or second class! Truly a special to visit! Already planning trip number 2 and remember, BOOK DIRECT!!!

I cannot even begin to explain how exceptional our week stay was at Serenity for our honeymoon. Coming home was the hardest after a week of being pampered, eating the most delicious food, having every beverage you can imagine, couples classes, events, spa days , private cabana by the pool and beach, excursions on the beautiful island, and meeting the most wonderful and genuine staff members that made you feel like family. After arriving on the island, we had a driver take us from the airport to the resort which was only a five minute drive. When arriving to the front of serenity we were greeted by our butler Ethan with cold towels and coconut water with rum inside a beautiful fresh coconut. A perfect addition after a long day of travel. Ethan was right away warm and inviting. I felt like I was greeted by an old friend. Our room was not quite ready at that time but we were shown the great house foyer, restaurant, pool, bar and cabanas. We were seated for lunch to wait for our room. For our first meal at the great house we were blown away by the fresh delicious food, drinks, and service which continued throughout the trip. The service we received right away put my mind at ease and right into honeymoon mode. The food at this restaurant for every single meal was beyond exceptional. They did not miss a beat or detail when it came to what we liked. Every single waitress and staff member kept in mind your preferences and treated you above and beyond what I ever expected.
Once our private suite was ready Ethan brought us to our room for a private check in. We received an even further tour of the grounds, our room, were shown our itinerary where we were able to make additional changes and add ons. Ethan was wonderful with giving us all the information we needed and ensuring that we truly never had to lift a finger. You were given a butler cellphone to reach him, a relief butler, housekeeping and room service. They offered laundry services, ironing services, a full bar, our liquor of choice in the room. The room and private outdoor space was clean and beautiful. I was even offered a hot drawn bath when we returned from a full day of touring the island on one of our excursions. Serenity truly does a phenomenal job at making you truly relax and enjoy your time on this beautiful island. Throughout our stay we made so many beautiful relationships with each staff member who were all individually inviting, genuine and exceptional people. They love their jobs, their island and love making you feel like apart of the family. I was greeted in passing by everyone and was treated with love. Everyone remembered your name, what you enjoyed and made it a point to make sure you were well. The attention to detail by every single person meant so much to my husband and I. Housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed and more in our room at all times. They offered mid day and nightly turn down service. Which was a lovely addition. Every night after dinner we came back to a dimly lit room, our bed turned down and ready for a lovely nights rest and a beautiful hand written note. I saved every note we received on the trip that were positive affirmations, well wishes and just a beautiful detail that I looked forward to. I truly felt like every single staff member became a friend on this trip. We did not want to say goodbye at the end. But we’re left with so many beautiful memories, loving handshakes and hugs as we left. Other than the beauty of the island and resort- The staff made our trip one we will never forget. Thank you again to all the staff for making our honeymoon above and beyond any expectation and trip we’ve ever had.

Lee, Charles and Ray who made delicious drinks at the pool bar and we had great conversations with. Ray even cleaned our sunglasses and glasses daily. Which was such a wonderful add on. Sabby who hosted the most fun paint and sip and would continue to take care of us throughout the trip with her warm smile and laughs. Kimberly who hosted a scrub making class where we made our own body scrubs to use and take home. Solange who was not only our waitress but bartender-she made us specialty drinks, made every dinner service special and her warmth and genuine care had us looking out for her everyday. I truly felt like every single staff member became a friend on this trip. We did not want to say goodbye at the end. But we’re left with so many beautiful memories, loving handshakes and hugs as we left. Other than the beauty of the island and resort- The staff made our trip one we will never forget. We will absolutely be back next year to this exceptional resort. If you are thinking about booking and want rest, relaxation, fun and a trip to remember do not think twice as Serenity is the place to be. Serenity is an AMAZING resort and the perfect place for any honeymooon
Where to begin. Serenity is truly an amazing place. It's a quick drive from the airport (Tari was super helpful getting us to the right spot) but as soon as you get onto the property it feels like you're in paradise. You're greeted with a drink in a coconut and the tropical life beings. Each day is planned by your private butler. Ours, Kaisha, was so amazing. She got us everything we needed, helped us fill our schedule, and generally provided a great environment. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job of cleaning the room while you're away and you come back to a new towel-folded animal every day (shoutout to Trisha, Vaniah, and Kendall). The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the bluetooth sound system is great for setting the mood. The private plunge pools are a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Each day starts with breakfast delivered to your room. You can leave a sign out the night before with your order and the time you want it delivered and it'll be there. Tyler brought us most of our breakfasts. She always greeted us with a smile and good conversation. She was the human embodiment of a ray sunshine to start the day. After breakfast we usually would go on an excursion off the property. We tried ziplining, snorkeling, horseback riding, and the couples escapade. Ziplining was a full workout, but the views of the jungle as you're flying through the air are amazing. Snorkeling took us to two different spots (about a 30 min boat ride) where we saw some of the coolest fish we've ever seen (keep your eyes out for the Princess Parrot Fish). Be advised, the ride back from snorkeling is about 45 minutes so bring a towel. Horseback riding was super fun. You walk along the cliffs and beaches of St. Lucia for some amazing views. 1 hour is probably enough if you're not a big rider. The couples escapade was a bunch of activities in one morning. We went to a waterfall, the botanical garden, sulpher mud baths, and an active volcano. Our driver, DD, was an amazing tour guide who really showed us around the island. Once we got back from these adventures, we'd usually eat some lunch then end up on the beach. Using the provided Butler phone, Kaisha always had lunch ready for us when we got back to the resort. Once we ate, we'd head to the private Paradise Beach. It's one of the most beautiful vista's we've ever seen. The water was warm, the chairs were comfy, and there's a bar. Jamaal was our bartender most days and provided both great conversation and great drinks! On the way back from the beach, there is also a petting zoo. While probably meant for the kids at the sister resort, we were able to play with like 10 puppies, 8 goats, 3 sheep, and a baby goat my wife named Posy. Chelsea was the woman in charge of the petting zoo and you could tell she really cared for the animals and helped provide a great environment to meet them. On days when we didn't go on excursions we spent time by the pool, the beach, or doing activities at the resort. Saby ran a very fun Paint and Punch class, where my wife was able to show off her artistic skills (and I was able to drink some punch). Charles was another bartender we had who told us about the island and the resort, while pouring a great drink. There was a fun music trivia event (led by Kevin) as well as a kareoke night. When dinner came, most nights had a special dinner menu. The Sushi & Steel night and the Starlight Serendae had great music. The Rum n Food Fete felt like a fun party. We also had one pool canaba dinner which felt intimate and peaceful. Lee and Nella were our waiters who really took care of us. We also tried some of the restaurants at the sister resort (Coconut Bay) which were delicious as well. Silk was our favorite.

We spent a lot of time enjoying our spacious suite, which offered both indoor and outdoor living areas and a private pool. Most mornings, we had breakfast delivered to enjoy outside by the pool. Tyler brought our meals piping hot and perfectly presented, often with a sweet note and a flower, placing everything discreetly in our private food delivery box so we could relax uninterrupted. The bar was well stocked and the service personable and fun. We took full advantage of the included romance package, and every experience was thoughtfully curated. A standout was the beach cabana day—Ethan suggested trying the Jerk Treehouse at Coconut Bay, and he personally delivered Jamaican-style dishes right to our cabana. It was a delicious, memorable afternoon by the water. Beyond our anniversary, the team surprised us with a separate celebration for my birthday. They decorated our suite and our beach cabana, left a birthday cake and champagne in the room, drew another bubble bath, and even serenaded me at dinner. A wonderful 12 nights at Serenity in February. Fabulous suite, loved the grounds, the cabanas, the bar and the restaurant. Perfectly looked after by our brilliant butler Quade: in the bar by Ray; in the restaurant by Ginel, Tessa, Lee and Solange; must mention housekeeping staff Patrice and Trisha, and also lovely Tyler who brought us our breakfast on two mornings.
We really couldn’t think of a better place to wind down and relax. Wonderful food, and really enjoyed the Jonathan Special too!

Beyond Incredible Experience!
My husband and I spent the first few nights of our honeymoon at Serenity and we truly do not have the words to describe how amazing our stay was. It was the perfect way to kick off the honeymoon - close to the airport and we were absolutely spoiled by the incredible staff! Our butler, Kimberly greeted us with coconuts filled with fresh coconut water and helped us to our room. We were blown away as soon as we stepped foot inside. Kimberly went above and beyond for us and knew far more about what we needed than we could even begin to think! Plus, that wasn't the only opportunity we had to enjoy coconut water...Jonathan the coconut guy always made sure to find us to treat us to a refreshing drink! Our room was cleaned daily, along with nightly turn down service by Shirley. She made sure the room was spotless and added many beautiful touches...we will never understand how someone can make art out of towels - truly amazing! We had the best meals we've ever had in our lives, with the kindest waitresses ever. Solange greeted us like we were long lost friends. Ginel, Nela, and Tyler provided exceptional service with our meals at the Greathouse, helping us pick the best options on the menu, and even bringing some extras out for us. And last but not least, Charles was so kind to us with our many trips to the bar for water bottles before we wandered around the resort, and made the best virgin daiquiries for my husband! We already cannot wait until the day we can return to Serenity and HIGHLY recommend making it a part of your time in St. Lucia!

A few months ago I was reading reviews just like you, trying to find the perfect honeymoon destination. I’m so grateful we chose Serenity at Coconut Bay as it truly exceeded every expectation. To start, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the airport and a private driver takes you directly there, which makes arrival incredibly easy after a long travel day. From the moment you walk through the doors you’re greeted with a fresh coconut drink and treated like royalty. Our butler, Ethan, took care of everything—from booking dinner reservations and planning excursions to doing our laundry, stocking our suite with our favorite items, and even arranging a romantic floating breakfast in our suite. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is so gracious, warm, and genuinely treats you like family. A special shoutout to Ethan, Sabby, Solange, Kevin, Ray, Tessa, and Shanice for making our stay so memorable. Each suite comes with a butler phone so you can reach your butler 24/7, and there is also a no-contact box outside your suite where room service can be delivered at any time. The rooms are beautiful with a spacious outdoor area that includes a wet bar, hammock, outdoor shower, and plunge pool. Housekeeping was exceptional, cleaning and turning down the room daily and decorating the space with gorgeous fresh flowers. We did experience a small issue with the AC, but the management team (Shanice and Chris) stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to resolve it. They even upgraded our room to ensure we were completely comfortable. The level of customer service here is truly world class. We also took a few excursions, and my favorite was visiting the sulphur springs and waterfall. The hotel arranged a private driver for us (Dane), who was honestly one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. He taught us so much about the island and navigated the winding roads with such care. We loved spending the day with him and learning more about Saint Lucia. I highly recommend requesting Dane if you can. Side note: I recommend the Project Chocolat excursion if you have a sweet tooth like me. We enjoyed the chocolate making class and exploring the lush rainforest. We also did the Island ATV which was a bit intense but the sights were certainly beautiful. It is up a mountain and there is some rough terrain so plan accordingly if you are afraid of heights! The food and drinks were excellent—especially for an all-inclusive. We’re foodies and appreciate good cocktails with top-shelf liquor, and Serenity definitely delivers. While you can go across the street to Coconut Bay to dine as well, we never felt the need to leave Serenity. There are daily specials and fun events, so the menu never feels repetitive. You can make your days as active or as relaxing as you’d like. Serenity is truly a special experience, and we’re already talking about planning a return trip while sitting in the airport on our way home.
