Alfred has been very responsive and extremely patient in explaining the various options and brake kit set ups. He tries to be clear in his comms and also is prompt to sort out any misunderstanding. He’s professional yet very amicable - doesn’t try to oversell. Good lad.
Alan, from Revzone, was also great in helping to install the brake kit. He made sure that brake kit was installed well and expediently. Also, ensured that the new wheels aren’t scratched. Happy to explain what he was doing and offer advice. Had a great chat with him too!

From first contact when I spoke to Alfred I already knew that Braking Point was different from other companies I have dealt with in my 27 years of purchasing aftermarket parts for my rides.
He was knowledgeable, well spoken, patient and gave excellent feedback and advise. He was always quick to respond to questions and gave you the confidence that you were dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about as well passionate about what they did. I would easily rate Alfred and his team in the top 1% of vendors I have dealt with.
Their partner workshop Revzone Performance were also very professional and looked after my ride with care and competence.
All in all I must say my expectations have been surpassed and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism.

Top notch service from Alfred and JY. I have been in communication with Alfred for the past 2 years and he has been patiently answering my queries without hard selling. Able to answer technical questions and also provide advice on my specific car model which is Forester XT. Finally pull the trigger on the purchase and it has look great. Performance wise feels assured and can feel the immediate improvement.
Will definitely purchase the rear brakes in the future.

Alfred is the most honest and customer-orientated person i have ever came across in my entire life. From product knowledge to after sales advice , he nails it all. The most commendable part is the way he advices a customer on what is really needed VS what is wanted ; he is more like an advisor rather then a salesperson. I got my brake kit upgraded to AP Racing with Braking Point. Both owners and the sales manager are friendly, approachable and responsive. I also enjoyed a free car pick up, install and deliver service from the sales manager as their workshop is far away from my residence. Recommended dealer for AP racing kits

Excellent pre and post sales support. Most sellers would over recommend and you end up with 6 pots front, four pot rear and etc. Which are costly and redundant. Unless you have a 600HP car, those Uber expensive BBK are overkill. Love the fact that he keeps your feet grounded and help you achieve the stopping power and bling bling factors without breaking your bank. 5/5 seller

Fantastic experience with Alfred and JY! They were extremely patient and professional when addressing my concerns and queries regarding the brake kit.
Had some issues with fitment initially as my rims did not allow much clearance. Not only were they not pushy to insist that I should go with the setup, both Alfred and JY were accommodating and understanding to my concerns and worries.
In fact, I am now a proud owner of a Pro-5000R 9660 awesome kit! Amazing brake feel and stopping power! I feel so much more confident in bumper to bumper traffic now. The power of friction!!
