Short version: There is no truth whatsoever to this review. The pupil went AWOL and occasionally popped back suddenly to demand short-notice lessons. The instructor no longer wants to teach him due to his behaviour. The only money taken was payment for lessons that were delivered - pupil has threatened that if instructor won’t teach him he wants his (completed) lesson fees back! Full version: Your last lesson was on 20/09/24. Tasawar messaged you with lesson options, none of which you wanted. Tasawar then messaged you on 01/10/24 asking for your availability for lessons as none of the offered slots were acceptable to you. You didn't reply and Tasawar didn't hear from you at all. Therefore he assumed you no longer wanted lessons, and filled your space. You then messaged Tasawar at the end of October asking for a lesson 'tomorrow'. Tasawar's diary was full so he messaged that he wasn't available for any lessons for the next 2 weeks. You immediately sent a complaint to the office. We replied (on 25/10/24) asking for your availability so that we could try to find another instructor for you. You didn't reply and we heard nothing more. Today you emailed the office to complain and demand your money back if Tasawar can't continue teaching you. (The only money received from you was for 8 hours of lessons - you took 8 hours of lessons so there is no credit). We asked Tasawar if he had heard from you and he sent us screenshots of your messages that he started receiving this week (after not hearing from you for 6 weeks). You messaged on Wednesday asking for a lesson on Friday or Tuesday. You then followed this up with the message "Are you continue with Jerald's lessons? Otherwise we are going to put review on website!!!". And obviously you have followed up on this threat, as has your father with a duplicate statement - and you posted these 'reviews' immediately after we replied to say we were looking into it and would get back to you as soon as we had spoken to Tasawar. We have receipts for all of these texts and emails, and needless to say we will not be providing any further driving lessons to you. I fully expect you to threaten us with yet another bad 'review' but that is up to your conscience. We don't owe you any money - you paid for 8 hours of lessons and you received 8 hours of lessons, and in fact you were so keen to take further lessons that you used the threat of a bad review (or 2 apparently) to try to force the instructor to teach you. I am intrigued as to what money you think is owed to you, so if you know please do share. We are a local family run business that care about our reputation and customers, and are appalled that you had the audacity to write two identical reviews full of lies that attempt to besmirch the reputation that we work so hard for
