Je vous conseille très fortement ce shake shack ne fut-ce que pour la vue sur le Brooklyn Bridge tout en mangeant: un must!

food takes forever even when no one is there.

I wouldn't feed this food to my worst Enemy. I was hoping to get better quality food than McDonald's especially after paying so much for it. The fries is done in Engine oil replaced after 200k. BUNS are soft like a Cotton on steroids. Meat is like wet mud. Staff were picked up from Driveby streets of NYC. It was my first and last time in this mess house.

Mi avevano segnalato la qualità di questa catena, perchè diciamocelo spassionatamente il mangiare a NY è un problema. QUi invece gli hamburger sono veramente buoni, anche le patate fritte. Il locale è molto caratteristico ed allineato al quartiere Dumbo di Brooklin, siamo proprio sotto il ponte!

Je note en qualité de fast food et le bilan est très positif : large choix de burgers plutôt bons,service rapide, de plus, l'établissement est propre et le personnel agréable.

Beaucoup trop chère 90€ pour 5 cheeseburger 3 frite 5 coca Écœurant, restaurant bruyant, Le pain des Cheeseburger n’est pas bon, une catastrophe. Je ne recommande pas

First of all, we waited 15 minutes for someone to finally serve the register. Above, it says “Order” and people think no one pays in cash anyway. Then the cashier was completely stoned, totally high on weed, unbelievable. Three more customers in front of me complained because it took way too long. There were 7 people working in the kitchen area, and without exaggerating, each one slower than the other. I rarely write reviews like this, but the manager needs to fire the entire team. The fries were ready 15 minutes before the burgers, and the burgers were extremely greasy. The price—very expensive for such a burger. We were at the West Coast earlier and ate at In-N-Out; those are burgers you’d gladly pay more for. I can’t understand how a place like this gets such good reviews. A customer in front of me even made fun of the staff because he waited almost 30 minutes for his burger. A woman ordered fries and a burger to-go, and the burger was just thrown into the bag unwrapped, same with the fries. Then they told her, “That’s how we always do it here.” Insane… long wait time, awful service, stoned employees, and in the end, the food was more than bad!!!!

Great location - sit by Janes Carousel if the weather is good! Burger was great and service was quick and friendly

1. El personal es horrible no me gustó nada, estuvimos mirando las tables y desde el mostrador gritándonos que solo era para ordenar si pagábamos en tarjeta…. Y yo yaaa tranquilo, que maneras son esas, porque no me acuerdo el nombre porque si no lo ponía..no sirven para darle la cara al cliente. 2. La comida me gustó mucho la verdad es que deliciosa, 😋 3. El servicio lo mismo 4 amén

Have heard so much about the Cheese Feies but they were not that great. Burger and Shake is average.
