Totally ghosted me!! Presently have given me every excuse in the book for not refunding my money. If you read the reviews, you'll see that they are vague, childish and written in-house!!!! Still trying to get a refund for a product I've never received!!! They just keep offering excuses as to why I can't get my money back!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!!! YOU WILL ACTUALLY NEVER RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM!! WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IS EXCUSES SUCH AS "SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN SHIPPING. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AGAIN ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED" AND THEN 10 DAYS LATER THEY'LL REPEAT THIS EMAIL!!!!

Comment to owner response..... Every sample i recieved form you was contaminated, you have wasted to much of my time already with delayed delivery and months of setback due to your inferior product. There is no way for this vendor to be concidered reputable by my eyes. IT TOOK MONTHS for them to reply to a review, what does that say. Any way, to any readers "Buyer beware" do not buy here. Try out ITW , fast delivery, great selection, top quality product. 4/9/24 edit Short and simple. 4 syringes= 4 nonviable syringes. Nothing but wastes of time. Do not buy here!!! 10/28 Nothing about the transaction was timely with the exception of getting a refund, which was complete in hours upon request. Shaman did however keep their word and still ship my order, along with 2 other freebees, and some pretty cool stickers. All syringes very impressively filled with what so far seems to be quality viable spores. I think i will give Shaman another chance on an order in the future but i would recommend one be sure to check current reviews to insure their "staffing issue" is resolved. Original order was placed on 9/22. I have heard alot of good things about Shaman, but not so happy so far on my first order. I purposly chose an instock item to not have to wait like the last places ive used. So I placed an order on sept 22nd while under the impression that my order being instock would ship within their stated time frame. When asked when it would ship i was told they were having "staffing issues and have hired more people" and that my order would be shipped "by Monday the latest" when it didnt ship on Monday i asked when and i was told again about the staff shortage and " it looks like it should ship this week" Ive read other reviews recently claiming to have been waiting a month without recieving shipping info. I will edit my review once i either get my product or ask for refund if i dont recieve tracking info soon. EDIT on 10/13... When contacted about getting a refund they promtply offered a refund, however i was told it was to hard to refund my CC and i would have to create a CashApp account , which i did and within an hour my money was there. Thank you for that much, however they said they were sorry about the delay and it was unacceptable on their part. On Oct9th they said they would still be shipping my order, with something extra for the trouble and it will for sure be shipped by Wed Oct11th.....and i will get a shipping number....so i inquired about shipping info on Oct 12 with no reply and this morning the 13th with no reply...what woul you think? Kinda feels like im not getting that shipment, this is why i dropped review to 1 star. If i do get it i will edit but i think i need to find a new vendor. Thanks Shaman👎 Update on 10/19 Still no tracking info, no return emails. Placed an order with competior ITW, already got product within 5 days.

Company appears to be dieing they haven't had stock since October of last year without any updates on when they will be supplying more. Update. The response the company has made is very generic and provides no time table as when they will be resuming business.

These people are frauds I placed an order in October of '23 and i have yet to receive my product and customer service is non exsisting...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I can't lie they have good customer service, I been waiting for 2 months hopefully they will make it up as they said. I will remove this review as soon as I get my order.

Final edit 11/10 Spores arrived with extra stickers! Looks great Edit 11/7 Order is shipping and scheduled for Thursday Edit 11/6 Company still has not contacted me to notify me on any order updates, will continue to update until I receive my items Edit 10/15 I appreciate the company's responsiveness in providing a refund for my delayed order. Despite being understaffed, they've now taken steps to send out the order with added urgency Thank you for addressing the issue promptly. After receiving my refund, they contacted me with good news that my order would be sent out next week, I can’t say that I am thinking its guaranteed but… Edit 10/12 I ordered mushroom spores on September 18th, and as of October 13th, my order has not been shipped. I've contacted the company twice requesting a cancellation, but I haven't received any response from them. This extended delay and lack of communication are quite frustrating. I understand that businesses can face challenges, but customer service and communication are crucial. I had hoped for a better experience. At this point, I just want to cancel my order and receive a refund or some form of resolution. Original review Ordered mushroom spores on September 18th with the understanding that shipping would take 1-3 days. I appreciate the company's policy, but it's now September 29th, and my order has yet to ship due to their short-staffed situation. I've seen that others have experienced similar delays. While I don't want to criticise the establishment as they have a 4.8 rating, it's important to note that this delay has been quite long.

Had some shipping issues but great customer service got it resolved quickly. Thank you Shaman Mushroom Spores. Im looking forward to ordering more in the future. Update: After receiving my order [and a free gift] I am so happy with the quality of spores. Thank you so much Shaman Spores!

Disappointed. Said shipping info would be updated 3-5 days after placing order. Zero response to emails. At this point I’d just like a refund so I can move on. If you want stuff quickly, this isn’t the best place to order from. I’ll update this review if I hear from the company!

Amazing customer service

after i emailed the company with a question due to a month long shipping process thinking i got screwed. Shaman replied with an apology explaining that their staff had been sick and on vacation etc. When the package arrive (which i has forgot about), not only was my purchase, but 2 legit bonus syringes were in my box as well. definitely will buy again. thanks shaman!

It’s a scam, they take your money and never ship your order. For a place that claims to be in the up and up they’re straight up frauds. Don’t buy from this company

Been 2 months since I paid for my order. Keep getting same email response talking about being short handed and they will be shipped early next week..... Don't order from these guys, looks to be a scam.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE: This website used to be great i have ordered in the past with no issues. But recently i placed an order on Sep 18th and i waited about a week and it still said processing on the order. I emailed them, to which they responded their short staffed and are trying to get everything caught up. I understand their can be situations where things happen, so i waited another week. At this point it had been two weeks. I emailed them again to get a similar response. They said they were working hard to get all the orders shipped out this next week. 2 days later I emailed asking for a tracking number or update on my package and they have yet to respond back. Its like they ran off with our money and went ghost. Its now Oct 9th when im writing this review. I will change and update the review once they send me my order. UNTIL THEN DONT ORDER OFF HERE

I had an issue. They emailed me back to tell me they are on it..yay!

I ordered the product back in August. I emailed them several times last month and they kept saying that it would shipped in a few days and it never did so I’d email again and they say oh it will shipping another few days. It is now October and I still have not received anything. I would not recommend using this company. I’m now trying to go through the process of getting a refund. I used them before and this wasn’t the issue so I’m not sure what their problem is.
