The prices of items in my cart (listed in AUD) changed after I clicked to purchase. The shipping cost doubled. When my invoice was emailed I had also been charged an extra $10 for ‘state tax’. But even then, my bank account was debited for more than what the invoice (which was already more than what it should have been) was. Contacted them and they offered to refund a few dollars but not all that I was overcharged despite the fact that I have screen shots showing the increased costs. Seems a very deceptive company

Fit is fabulous. True to size. I love that the padding is stitched in and doesn’t move during wear or washing!! Will buy again!

The postage was very quick and I love the bra

Great products but was automatically signed up to their subscription without being told and then had $8 billed the following month. Couldn’t log into my account to cancel as it kept saying it couldn’t recognize my email even though I receive emails from them. Very frustrating and disappointing as I don’t want to reorder if this is a regular practice or recommend this product to anyone else.

Was given clear instructions of ordering and delivery. There was a large range of sizes.

Outrageous that you get signed up to, and charged for, an ongoing subscription without this being disclosed. This is incredibly misleading and should be illegal. Do not buy from this company !!!

Made a purchase and now can't sign into my account to cancel the monthly membership fee as it is saying 'please enter a valid email address'. Be careful - have cancelled through Paypal. Tried contacting for help but just got crickets. Elastic band under bra rolls up and not that flattering.

Do yourself a favour and wear shapewear and bras that are oh so comfortable. No complaints from me. Support and comfort - win/win in my books. Have been struggling with comfy bras for a while and Shapermint have delivered. I'm sold. Thanks team for bringing comfort back into my life.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Not only were the bras crap but I unwittingly ended up with a membership. They took almost $8 from my account. I had trouble canceling through their site but was able to cancel through PayPal. I work hard for my money.

Tax and shipping added after you go to payment method - they should be advertised up front.

Be warned. You will find unexpected charges on your credit card account. Very sneaky an unethical. I will never purchase from this place again.

I initially thought the products were good overall. When I needed to return some items due to ordering the wrong size, I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to keep the items and offered a store credit. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the store credit, I encountered significant issues. The online Shopify form wouldn't accept the discount code, leading to a frustrating email exchange that dragged on for over a month, and then the code expired. Despite their promise to refund me, the refund never arrived. After following up, they apologised, citing 'a slight hiccup with the process of your refund,' and assured me they would reissue it. I've been following up the refund between May - August but to date, I have received neither the refund nor any response to my follow-up emails.

I actually originally ordered the bra in beige but once I completed ordering online it was black and I was advised to get a size M from the measurements I provided. When it arrived it was a bit small but I couldn’t be bothered returning it. I usually don’t buy many items online especially items like this.

Extremely disappointed, not only was I charged more than on my invoice and they made every excuse possible for it. Invoice said $109.98 but I was charged $116.72. But the product that was received was not anything better than what you could buy at Big W for $20. I purchased what was suppose to be a very supportive wire free bra, but I would not walk down the street with it on as my boobs would bounce more than a bouncy ball. Do not purchase absolutely rubbish

I recently received my parcel from Shapermint, and I am delighted with the products! I purchased three pairs of the Shapermint Essential High Waisted Shaping Leggings in black, navy, and grey, as well as a pair of Hue Body Gloss Leggings in metallic black. All of them fit perfectly, are well-made, and do exactly what they promise—give you a svelte figure. The parcel arrived within a few weeks, which is understandable considering it was coming from the USA and I live in Australia. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was well worth it. Given my positive experience, I’m puzzled by the numerous negative reviews that claim Shapermint is a scam. I can only assume these are the result of a troll campaign because my experience has been nothing but positive. However, I must mention that the automatic subscription feature is not a favourable practice. It is not well advertised, and there is no option to untick the subscription box. I would strongly suggest Shapermint reconsider this approach, as it does not reflect well on the company. Luckily I made my purchase through PayPal and they were able to cancel the subscription so I wont be charged. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the service and the products and highly recommend them.

I made a return for a smaller size and was surprised at the quick turn around and ease of exchange. Turns out Shapermint were right on the size chart and now I have to order another Truekind Bra in the size I ordered originally. This is the only non-wire bra I have felt confident wearing outside of the house.

Shapermint offers comfortable and supportive shape wears that helps me feel confident and empowered. Good quality, affordable, and inclusive sizing. Great for everyday wear.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered three cami tops, the sizing showed L =14. They arrived and were smaller than a size 8. I therefore asked to exchange for 2XL as I wanted size 14. They arrived marked ‘2XL=18-20. The exchange online does not work so you have to send multiple emails. Also, the ad shows Aus $ but you are billed in US $ and (unexplained ) tax is included. I ended up getting a refund. I asked in my email to unsubscribe me from any further liability of any kind. Today I was billed $4.99US as obviously I was not unsubscribed. Be warned - It is difficult to unsubscribe online. They are a sham.
