Cannot reccomend Lewis enough. As first time buyers he helped us through the whole process, and was always able and willing to offer advise and knowledge whenever we needed it. Couldn't recommend Lewis at Shaw Financial Services enough. He's unflappable, professional, knowledgeable and really efficient. I am really disappointed with his service. He did not always respond to emails and phone calls and as a first time buyer it is stressful enough as it is without the added stress of not being able to get in touch with your mortgage advisor.

Great service and very patient, even when I requested big changes after an application had already been made.
They use modern tools to do things like schedule meetings, verify ID and transfer documents, which makes it very easy to understand the process.
