Excellent customer service. I had a previous pair through them 6 years ago that didn’t fit right due to extreme weight loss over the last 4 years. When I got my new ones it was life changing. They are perfect in every way. It did take a ton of trips and I don’t live local but it was worth the trips. Holly at the front was incredibly kind to the patients needing extra assistance and handled it with grace. Meagan was the best in every aspect. Thank you guys so much for giving me my smile back.🤍

I've recently been seen at this clinic and am remarkably impressed with Renee and her staff. I've felt taken care of and welcome from my very first visit and was informed of all policies from the get go so there wasn't any misunderstandings which is great. The receptionist is sweet, kind, and very punctual. I've personally never had to wait at all to be seen and was taken back immediately EVERY TIME I had an appointment. I just had my first adjustment and it made ALL the difference. I have my beautiful smile back; I highly recommend this office. Thank you all for caring so much!!

I've been with Sheeler staff for 7 years now, and if your dentures aren't right then they will make them right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. If you want to feel bad about yourself then come here. The staff and the Dr. were rude, short and snobby. I have never been treated as if my business doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s because I’m on state insurance or maybe it’s because they don’t respect or value customers. Either way, I drove an hour for an appointment and was turned away because of minor adhesive stuck on my fixture. I was not allowed to clean it but only shown the door. I will not be returning and I hope that others will not have the same experience I did.

Our adhesive policy applies to all of our patients, no matter what kind of insurance one may carry. I appreciate the staff here. Everyone is so kind, and understanding. I love the Family atmosphere. I came in a sobbing mess. Its just true. I did not want dentures. I was very self conscience. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable, and cheered me up. They made sure my dentures fit and looked just the way I want. They dealt with my insurance so I didnt have to hassle with that process at all. Sheeler Denture Clinic is a cozy comfy atmosphere with a Family vibe, and the best staff. Im so glad I chose them!

They don’t have enough time for their clients if you need something fixed immediately the ladies nice the receptionist Will not work with you at all if you have an emergency.even offer to pay, they made me feel like an inconvenience and that I couldn’t rinse my denture and partial to continue the appointment because I was 5 minutes late and had to reschedule my last appointment because my daughter herself had oral surgery done that day. They left me lost and now I’m stuck on what to do because they can’t work with my time. They barely take the time to even look at your dentures or mouth to see if the teeth look right. Hopefully they can fix my broken denture and I will update. Just beware and read reviews before going to do anything important like this.

Sylvia we are sorry for any misunderstanding and you feeling as though we were not doing our best to meet your needs. These are our office policies in regards to your comments above:
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Our office policy is no adhesive to any appointments due to sterilization protocols. We do allow patients to be late up to 10 minutes because we understand that things can happen. Most repairs can be done same day (if repairable) if brought in to our office before noon, clean with no adhesive. Most dentures are fabricated in 4-6 appointments over the course of 2-3 weeks. This scheduling allows one work day between each one of our patients office visits for us to be able to to the lab work porton of the denture fabrication process. Please feel free to call our office to schedule appointments or with if you have any questions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and were able answer all my questions and concerns. The partial they created is very comfortable and looks natural. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first experience. They made the transition easy and trouble free.
