Products (both boxes and trays) are very well built and the installer did a superb and professional job installing. Fast and clean and very efficient and effective. Will definitely use the company next time when we need more cabinet drawer boxes and trays done.

Craig did a great job installing my kitchen pull out drawers, cutlery/utensil dividers, and in-cabinet trash can. They all look fantastic and are very sturdy. Fine craftsmanship is obvious. I even requested a couple of changes after the order was submitted and they were able to accommodate and still install on-time. I would definitely recommend Shelf Theory! Thank you Craig!

So happy with all my new pull out shelves! John was excellent on both consultation and installation! He recommended things I hadn't thought of and 'discouraged' me on a couple of things I thought I wanted based on his experience with other customers. We had one follow up item after installation and they handled it readily. Couldn't be more pleased with all my new functionality. Highly recommend this company and especially John.

Craig offered many suggestions during the estimate visit. Explained the shelf construction and scheduled the install. Arrived on time and did the kitchen and bathroom in 3 hours and cleaned up! Great employee and I highly recommend Shelf Theory!!

We decided a few weeks ago to have pull out shelves installed in our kitchen lower cabinets and in 2 of our hall cabinets. So, we did our due diligence and called 3 different companies for bids. The first 2 companies were able to come out within a couple of days of our calling them. The third company would not be able to come out for about 10 days. The first company's bid was the lowest of the first 2 bids. Lower by a lot, about $4500! We were thinking of cancelling the appointment we had with the third company, but decided against it. Were we glad we did. The third company was Shelf Theory. Chris Boling, the owner of the company, came out and was very thorough and listened to what we wanted to have done. He even suggested that they could put in a drawer beneath the range where there was just one of those blank-off boards. The other 2 companies told us they couldn't do this. One said that they could put in one of the tilt out type of drawer, but that was not something that we wanted. We hadn't even mentioned this to Chris. He took a look and said there was room for a drawer that would be shorter than our other drawers, but he could fit one in there that was 18" deep. Hey, that works! (See photo). Once we decided to go with Shelf Theory and called them, they were out within a week to do the install. John was the installer. In addition to the pull-out shelves (20 total), he installed the soft close hinges on our cabinet doors (53 hinges total) and installed the soft close glides on the rest of the drawers in the kitchen area. Shelf Theory was not the cheapest of the 3 bids, but they were far below the more expensive bid and we believe that we got the superior product. My wife and I highly recommend this company. A pleasure to work with.

We were very fortune to find this great cabinet & hardware company. Chris provided excellent consultation and recommendations and John who came out to our house was friendly and very knowledgeable. He installed our garbage pullout with ease and efficiency. I will definitely have them out for all our cabinet needs.

We are delighted with our new pull-out shelves! It was money well spent. One can’t see improvements walking into kitchen BUT my work space and shelves make my kitchen much more usable and more organized and allows me to get items without kneeling on floor to find item in bottom of cabinet. It is extremely helpful and reasonable in price. John was easy to work with and he did not pressure us. In fact, he gave estimate and told us price and we needed time to evaluate if we could manage the expense. We called Shelf Theory 2 weeks later and decided to have the shelves installed. When John came, the roll out shelves were already built to our measurements and he was able to install within 3 hours. We were duly impressed. He also made a drawer to fit under our gas range. Now all my utensils are accessible where before they were in a crock on top of countertop. We are very happy customers. 😁🥰
