We are out of state buyer skeptical and afraid about how to pull off a out of state real estate purchase. We spoke to few realtors before going ahead and right after speaking to Sherie we knew she is the one to go with. And surely we made the right choice. She provided honest opinion, kept us away from making bad decisions, helped from showing us the right properties based on our criteria, co ordinating with title company , suggest prop management and insurance companies list goes on and on. We never visited Indiana , but sherie showed every details of the houses through live video calls and called out the issues with unbiased views.
