I had an amazing experience here, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had Olivia as my stylist and she totally transformed my hair from a muddy red to a beautiful dimensional brunette with a few pops of blonde.

I haven’t been to a salon in years and found this spa. I can’t put into words the transformation that happened here! Sandra Dee is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Loving my hair again!

I love this salon/spa. It's a great place to spend a few hours to change up your look. My favorite thing about it is how knowledgeable and helpful the stylists are. They're good at taking what ideas I have for my hair and creating a cut and color that I love. You get what you pay for here, and it's well worth it! I've been here several times, and it's always a lovely and welcoming experience. Shout out to Sandy and Olivia! Thank you for helping to make your clients feel beautiful!

Genuinely the most amazing salon I’ve ever been to! I moved from out of state and had been looking for a new salon. I had the pleasure of having Olivia as my stylist and I was impressed from the moment I sat in her chair. She didn’t just jump into the services but she sat down and asked me questions about my hair, what I use, and gave me her professional opinions and advice on how to make my hair better. She made me feel so comfortable and treated me like we’d known each other for years. The salon itself is so beautiful and I was offered coffee, tea, water, and snacks.

The color and cut she did were absolutely perfect. She recommended me products that will help my hair. but I never felt pressured to buy a product or service I wasn’t sure about. I walked out of here feeling more confident than I have in years. The best part was even though I was getting services from Olivia, I had conversations and interactions with every stylist and they were all so kind and made me feel like a client who had been coming there for years! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to refresh their look or even just get a trim or a nourishing treatment. I already can’t wait to go back!

Eleisia was awesome and worked well with me making my hair healthy and pretty again. It's been a long time since I felt proud of my hair and she worked hard for almost 12 hours getting it back to looking good. I appreciate it and if you guys are looking for someone to do vivids eleisia is your gal!

I’ve been going to Sandy for 4 years, and she’s simply the best! Every time, she does an incredible job with my hair—whether it’s a fresh cut, highlighting, or styling. I haven’t gotten a haircut in over a year due to anxiety of a bad haircut but this place did not disappoint! I was booked with Amanda and she made me feel extremely comfortable and not only did I end up with a great haircut but we also bonded super well and she’s an amazing person! Will be coming back to get a hair treatment soon! Forever booking with this place!

My daughter and I treated ourselves to the New Client + Nourishing Treatment special, and it was just what we needed after a hectic year of life and hair neglect. It was a much-needed girls' day and Shine Hairspa hit every check mark  💅

The vibe is just perfect – cute, modern, and so welcoming. Olivia and Amanda made us feel right at home; it honestly felt like we’ve been clients forever.

Lets talk about the main event – I have straight, easy to break fine hair; my daughter thick, long hair, and we both have grumpy scalps. Olivia and Amanda helped us choose a nourishing treatment that would give the most benefit - it feels so soft, smooth, full of life and strength! Neither of us can stop touching our hair. It's the best little bit of hair love you could do for yourself.

Needless to say, we absolutely love their scalp-first approach! They shared so much helpful info and care tips, and I really appreciate the guidance. It's been a week, we've had our first hair wash post-appointment, and our hair still feels amazing and my scalp hasn't felt better in years.

I know I've focused this review on the scalp and the cut is important too but that itself is just amazing. We both went for simple styles with no major changes since our focus was on healthy hair. They’re well done, stylish, and give us that fresh, clean look. Honestly, considering the desperate state of our hair, they are transformative all on their own! 😅

If you’re looking for not just amazing hair care but also good people, Shine Hairspa is the place to go – I have no doubt that everyone there is incredibly talented, but I can't recommend Amanda and Olivia enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, there was no way I was going to leave without getting on the schedule. Can't wait for December!

Olivia did the best blowout treatment while I was in town. Seriously wish I lived closer to come back again!

Sandy did an incredible job on my haircut. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and my experience with the last gal that cut my hair. We developed a game plan to get my hair back into the shape that I wanted it. Having been in the hair industry myself, I know for a fact that Sandy knows exactly what she is talking about. She doesn’t sit there and tell you fancy words to disguise any lack of experience. Sandy is the real deal. Not only is she an excellent stylist, but she runs an incredibly well organized salon. There is a high level of excellence that she expects everyone who works for her to follow. Communication between her and the other stylists is paramount. There seems to always be a high level of collaboration about the best approach to take for each of their clients. When I asked to schedule for a color appointment, Sandy set me up with another stylist there that she felt could tackle my incredibly thick hair more effectively than herself. This exemplifies an individual who puts the customers needs above their own ego, and I can’t thank her enough for that, I am new to the Greenwood area and I can officially say I have found my new salon home.

Since I started coming to Shine Hairspa over a year ago, my hair has never been healthier! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have taken the time to teach me how to care for my hair and always take their time with each haircut. I have gotten the vital shots each time which have made a drastic change in the health of my hair. I was struggling to find a hairstylist after moving to Indy but am so thankful to have found Shine Hairspa!

Shine Hairspa is definitely worth going to monthly. The whole atmosphere was so warm and inviting. I love the fact that the Hairspa was centered around the best products for your hair type. Sandra was the best. So knowledgeable and very nice. The neck and arm massage felt amazing, especially with the Kwan Loong oil, which I ordered for myself to take home. I highly recommend this place.

We followed Amanda here because she is the only stylist that can cut my son’s hair right. He has curly hair and she always does a fantastic job!

First time customer and I was very happy with my highlights and treatments. I love how they care about your hair and really want to make sure it is healthy and strong. Sandy took care of my hair and was so careful with it. I've had people just yank through my hair to hurry and get the job done. I was in good hands at Shine HairSpa and will go back!

I came here for a scalp facial experience. I added on the Japanese waterfall (which includes a hand/arm massage and cooling eye mask) and the neck/shoulder massage. I booked the mirrorball but after looking at my scalp, Amanda recommended the traditional scalp facial. All the products smelled absolutely amazing. The neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage was awesome and so relaxing. The Japanese waterfall felt great. The cooling eye mask was fresh out of the freezer and so cold it hurt. I tried to stick it out but had to take it off. Then they gave me a warm mask instead. I had pretty healthy hair to begin with, but noticed little difference in the shininess or health of my hair afterwards. At the end my hair was styled via blow dryer and I didn’t much care for how that looked. The whole appointment took 2.5 hours and cost around $150 before tip. ($15 was added on for extra product because my hair is so thick.)

I went to Shine Hair Spa today for the first time and had a great experience with Caroline Draher . She did an amazing job on my highlights and I left feeling beautiful. I will be back soon to see Caroline for. Keratin treatment and one of the new scalp facials

Amanda did amazing! Have been going to her for about 3 years now. She has moved to a couple of different shops. I stayed loyal and followed her ever since I first went and got my haircut by her. She does great with my hair and always has!

Yesterday I received the best scalp facial from Amanda! She was so knowledgeable and sweet. She took her time and made sure I was so relaxed.
