I highly recommend Brian’s Flooring!! Great customer service, Great work done! Stephanie and Dee were amazing!! Jesus and his working staff were very respectful of our home and everything looks great. I have more projects coming up and will be using them again.

Had a great experience from start to finish. We love our new area rugs. They were cut exactly right and the Installers were excellent.

Now that several months have passed and I have had time to calm down from the situations that arose from our experience with Brian’s Flooring, I still would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for service. From damage to my home, disrespectful work crews, the run around from sales, complete lack of communication- don’t use them. The only positive thing about our experience was Dee and her showroom. I felt completely taken advantage of and left disappointed with the final outcome and wholeheartedly wished I’d spent my money elsewhere. Every single room that they touched had actual damage and they only came to fix it after I threatened to withhold the rest of the payment. From cuts in my door to large chunks of my wall damaged, every few inches indentions from crow bars, molding literally ripped off the wall and just nailed on with no caulking , paint- wall and baseboards- scuffed to hell- and that’s nothing compared to their finishing work. Biggest financial regret of my life to date was using this company. I gave two stars because I picked out a pretty product and they attempted to correct it, even though there was zero follow up after the person who showed up three hours late to make those corrections left.

We have used Brian’s multiple times. They are professional, well priced, and do incredible work. Could not recommend them more highly!

As an Interior Designer, I have used Brian’s in several of my personal homes and always refer my residential and commercial clients to them. Stephanie is great to work with, as are all the others there, and their installers are really good at what they do.

Took me a while to write this review. We had LVT floors put in our upstairs by Brians Flooring and very happy with the job and the help from Stephanie. They also had to put more plywood over floors to eliminate much squeaking and to be sure all level.

We needed a top notch flooring contractor to replace some hardwoods and we wanted to upgrade the rest of the house. We are so thankful that we called Brian's flooring. The whole process went very smooth. From the initial meeting, to a detailed quote, all the way to scheduling the jobs and performing the work. Their crews are fantastic and do great work. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and the quality of work that was done. I highly recommend them!!!

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of work down by Brian's Flooring and Design. They came out to give me a quote within a few days of my calling them and I was pleased with the quote. They told me when to expect the work to be done and they did it in a timely manner. I had the carpet removed from my stairs and hardwoods installed on the stairs. I am very happy with the finished work. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Thank you to Stephanie and all at Brian’s Flooring who helped update our home. The wood floors look amazing and there is no evidence of where the old & new floors meet. Also the carpet in the bedrooms are beautiful! I will call soon to carpet the upstairs when we begin that project. Stephanie was great to work with even when we had to delay the finishing of hardwood installation because of a last minute wall removal. She also worked well with the cabinet builders to make sure things were done in the best order for the project. Every one who I encountered from Brian’s was very professional.

This place is 😍. The designer helped us pick out what we needed perfectly! We are pretty picky but also cant make up our minds. She was able to look at what we already had and the ideas we had in mind and coordinate different colors and textures to really get the look we wanted. 10/10 would use again.
