We could not be happier with Brian’s. Cat and Brad were a pleasure to work with. We upgraded our bathroom floors and fireplace surround. For both projects Cat was more than helpful (and patient) in finding what we wanted even when we weren’t really sure where to begin. Brad and crew showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. The only surprise was how much happier we are with the results than we expected to be. Will definitely call Brian’s for the next project.

I would definitely recommend using Brian's for hardwood floor placement despite of the initial difficulties I experienced. There appeared to be a "batch" of hardwood containers that had correct name but not product. Obvious mismatch that was installed. Why I am recomending is how the company handled the issue. I was able to speak with various representatives of the company who immediately took responsibility for error and corrected at my convenience on a timely manner. Good folks to work with and have no reservation suggesting them to others.

Brians Flooring is one the most customer centric businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work. Kat (designer) and Brad(estimator) are both thorough in their knowledge of product selection and updated installations of my tile floor, shower, fireplace and carpet. I was updated with the progress everyday while out of town for business. Take it from someone who has been in the flooring business for 33 years, the installation crews were phenomenal and top notch in their profession. I want to thank them for turning my space into a beautiful basement that the whole family will enjoy all in time as scheduled to host our Christmas dinner and post Xmas party. Thanks again Kat, Brad and team.

Had a great experience from start to finish. We love our new area rugs. They were cut exactly right and the Installers were excellent.

Now that several months have passed and I have had time to calm down from the situations that arose from our experience with Brian’s Flooring, I still would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for service. From damage to my home, disrespectful work crews, the run around from sales, complete lack of communication- don’t use them. The only positive thing about our experience was Dee and her showroom. I felt completely taken advantage of and left disappointed with the final outcome and wholeheartedly wished I’d spent my money elsewhere. Every single room that they touched had actual damage and they only came to fix it after I threatened to withhold the rest of the payment. From cuts in my door to large chunks of my wall damaged, every few inches indentions from crow bars, molding literally ripped off the wall and just nailed on with no caulking , paint- wall and baseboards- scuffed to hell- and that’s nothing compared to their finishing work. Biggest financial regret of my life to date was using this company. I gave two stars because I picked out a pretty product and they attempted to correct it, even though there was zero follow up after the person who showed up three hours late to make those corrections left.

We have used Brian’s multiple times. They are professional, well priced, and do incredible work. Could not recommend them more highly!

We had Brian's Flooring put hardwood flooring in two bedrooms, to match flooring in the hallway (Brian's did that initial job as well). The end result was excellent and the installers were kind and extremely hard working. I highly recommend Brian's Flooring. SN: I won't write negative reviews anymore. If I didn't believe all I posted here, I would have simply not shared one. They are amazing 👏!
