I reached out to John about getting two living room rugs cleaned, Matt and his son did pickup and drop off. They made communication extremely easy, sent multiple updates through out the cleaning process, and were promptly on time! For reference, we have a pet and had not had our rugs professionally cleaned in 4 years. Both rugs came back absolutely spectacular! They looked brand new. We were so happy with the service we asked if they could try and salvage our dining room rug that I thought was destroyed from some pet accidents and a self cleaning gone wrong. To no avail they got the job done and made that rug look brand new as well! They’ve even started helping us get a custom sized rug for our bonus room that has an awkward alcove our couch slides into! Overall amazing communication and professionalism. Highly suggest and we will definitely be working with them in the future!

Wonderful people! They’ve cleaned and repaired all our older rugs. They also helped us find the perfect rug for our new place. Bob’s Oriental Rugs is the best in the business. They have cleaned and repaired my collection of antique rugs for several years. Their repairs are perfection and their cleaning second to none. I have also had the pleasure of buying four vintage and antique rugs from them. The buying process is fun. They bring a number of options that fit the space. They move furniture effortlessly and then make their artful presentation in the room for which the rugs are intended. It’s very comfortable having their team in our home. My husband and I look forward to adding to our collection with more rugs from Bob’s Oriental Rugs.
