Excellent service throughout the entire way. Helped with engraving groomsmen whisky glasses that were handmade glass, and had some deficiencies. They were open, honest and very transparent about what they could and couldn't do. In addition they were very responsive via email and phone. Highly recommend for any custom work.

Incredible service! We needed three trophies at the last minute for three kids and placed the order over the weekend, just hoping everything could be ready in time. ShopTrophy called us early Monday morning and immediately worked out a plan with us. With amazing speed, our trophies were already on the way — far beyond our expectations (I honestly thought it would take at least three days!). I had to source a plaque on short notice with very specific requirements and in time to be presented at an upcoming workplace event — it needed to match existing plaques in terms of layout and design, include a custom header, and incorporate several logos. Maz was fantastic to work with: responsive, creative, and solution-focused, ensuring every detail was covered. The final product exceeded expectations. It arrived quickly, matched the existing plaques perfectly, and the logos were crisp and well laid out. Maz covered all my questions promptly and effectively, including how to easily update the engraving over time.
