I recently called for assistance in locating my work OneDrive folders. My call was answered promptly, and the technician immediately began troubleshooting. They quickly located the folder and successfully reinstalled it.

Afterward, I asked if I should have selected the "backup install" button to ensure the backup process continued. The technician reassured me that your system already maintains a backup, so there is no need to worry about the Windows backup settings.
