Jacob was very good and friendly. He is highly recommended. However the set price for emergency repairs from Silver Water Plumbing is a bit high in comparison. The discount of $60 on Silver Water Plumbing’s promotion magnet does not apply for Seniors and it should state so (as Seniors already have 10% discount).

Ryan was really great. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue quickly, and provided a clear explanation of the repairs needed. Great work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

We were lucky as a technician was able to visit within a few hours of calling the business. Technician was very friendly, explained the issue and presented options. We just had our carpet steam cleaned and I really appreciated that they wore shoe covers that I gave them.
