These guys are a scam. I paid for an XL sim, but they gave me a Tri sim card which is a different mobile operator. Also, the mentioned validity is incorrect. They said that for the cheapest plan of 250k, we only get 7 days validity with 28gb data, but when I checked the app it was 28 days validity. This is to trick us into buying more expensive plans.

Was very fast getting the sim and the workers were very friendly. Me and 3 of my friends all payed for 60gb of data but when we checked our phone, all 4 of us only 50Gb. Feels like it was done purposely in hope that we wouldn’t realise but when we said something they did gave us more data.

Не советую покупать симкарту этого оператора. Прилетела 5 марта, взяла в аэропорту симку XL. Друг взял у соседа (Телкомсел). Ценник был одинаково конский - по 450 местных. В городе можно купить за копейки.
Мне сказали, что симкарта будет работать 3 месяца. Спустя месяц связь не поддерживается. Пополнение тарифа не решило проблему.
У друга симка все еще работает.

After arriving on the 24th March and about to leave the airport, we decided to buy a Sim card. This business offered a reasonable deal and assured us we could hot-spot (this was most critical for us) and even after inserting the sim card into my mobile went into my settings to ensure hot-spot was enabled.
Got into a taxi, left airport and my Husband tried hot-spotting but it didn't work. For the next 24hrs we thought there was something wrong with his phone so we walked into a sim card shop and asked for help. They tested hot-spotting on various devices and the hot-spotting worked every single time - just not using my sim.
Tried livechat to resolve problem but it was impossible. Couldn't find an actual shop to help either. The only way we could see to resolve this was to head back to the airport but the cost and time to do that wasn't worthwhile and would be cheaper to buy a new sim.
Incredibly frustrating as you would expect reliable and honesty from an Airport seller.
Anyone buying from this business needs to check everything BEFORE leaving the shop to make sure you get what you paid for.

J'ai acheté une carte sim pour 550K, elle ne fonctionne pas du tout. Parfois en 4G+ mais c'est rare. Quelle arnaque pour bien débuter le voyage. En plus c'est beaucoup plus cher que la normale...
Je suis retournée au comptoir de l'aéroport le lendemain pour voir l'employée qui m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire pour moi.

Os he llamado como 15 veces a la oficina del aeropuerto y cogéis el teléfono pero no responde nadie, se oyen voces pero no me hacéis caso.
