Worst company i ever used, don't recommend to use

Amazing professional and really pleasant to work with!! They even came back months later and assisted with getting the doors fixed even though a separate company had made the mistake.

Hired Simple flooring to replace bathroom floor tile, and to level a basement floor then install lvp/baseboards. Very satisfied with the results of both projects, and I would work with them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Sarah is very friendly and knowledgeable same with Igor and John who came to the house to measure and price it out. But John the installer was an animal had to stop him for lunch. Would highly recommend

Igor came out and made us feel comfortable. A week later he and his team showed up and about 8 hours later 4 rooms and a hallway were done. They moved all the furniture, cleaned up and everything went perfectly. I would recommend them 100%. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with Simple Flooring.

We used Igor and his team for flooring in multiple areas of our home and for runners on stairs. They did a great job, working quickly to produce a fantastic finished product. We'll use them again for future flooring and carpet needs.

Igor did an excellent job on our floors. However, the planning and design of our staircase balusters were problematic. First, he directed us to a website to order balusters, which didn’t fit and couldn’t be installed. The second option we chose from a different site was installed with spacing that didn’t meet code requirements. For the third option, he used accessory components that we hadn’t approved and disliked stylistically. When we raised our concerns, he became defensive and refused to take responsibility, inaccurately claiming the reason for the third install is that we didn’t like the style of the second install, which we actually preferred. Additionally, after setting a date to complete shoe molding and other punch-list items, Igor never showed up and has since been unresponsive.

Igor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even gave me a nice discount in the provided quote. It's a small, family owned business and these guys are masters at their craft. Would absolutely recommend.

Igor and the team are incredible. Friendly, fair prices and amazing work. We live in an old building that had seriously un-level floors, so Simple Flooring was able to level them and install beautiful hardwood on top. Look no further because Simple Flooring can do it all for you. Would highly recommend and intend to use Simple Flooring again for any future flooring projects we have.

Igor and his team are awesome! They replaced carpets in my 2 bedrooms with laminate flooring. The work took only one day. Igor answered my all questions before starting the project. He solved the problem quickly when a problem arose later. They are very professional and honest. It is hard to find honest people like them, so I am glad I found them. Highly recommended!!

I would say my actual rating is 3.5, but I cannot in good conscience give a 4. I would still recommend them to friends, and have done so, but I would just be really mindful of the cons. Pros: (1) The actual job -- it's been a year, and we still love our flooring. Leveling the floor and getting it all done properly was definitely worth it. (2) The communication in person, with Igor, Sarah, Justin, and Denis. (3) The price is fair too. Cons: (1) The logistics and communication not in person -- for example, I get it if you're stuck in traffic, but you need to let us know. And stop promising that you'll send progress updates and photos if you're not actually going to do it. (2) It took you a year to complete the after care of a leak... a year.

Igor and team worked late nights and ended up finishing ahead of schedule and the results were fantastic. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Igor and his crew did a wonderful job installing new flooring in our upstairs and basement and refinishing our staircase. The work took around 2 days, and from the moment they showed up they worked hard and with care to get the job done well. The work was delayed twice due to supply issues beyond their control, and in both cases I had to reach out for an update to learn of the last minute delays. That was really the only negative aspect of my experience working Igor and Simple Flooring, more proactive communication about the delays would have been nice. The repeated delays had me briefly feeling uneasy, but the finished product was worth the extra wait. Other than that, the quality of the installation was really good. Floors look great, the refinished wood staircase looks brand new. There were a few minor cosmetic fixes that required an extra piece of transition, Igor ordered the replacement and returned a few days later as promised to make it right! Overall, really positive experience and I’d hire them again in the future.

Simple Flooring has done now 3 different flooring jobs for us and we couldn't be happier!! Igor is absolutely wonderful. They are affordable, nice, never leave a mess and communicative! i highly recommend them.
