very satisfying experience and I now have a new bed that is not only very comfortable but also a better size for me.

a night mare , there chairs easily break , i have a back injury , its so uncomfortable to sit in . the beds com down in the night giving a nasty shock zero customer service all about the dollar there do not care about the customers needs , very rude management , if want a massage chair or massage bed do yourself a favor look else there refused to address my concerns , the bed is uncomfortable the message hurt my back sitting in it i have a back from nursing avoid this company 0 out of 10

Yesterday Peter arrived to install our split Queen bed. We wanted to keep our existing bedhead, and when Peter checked it out he said he could install the beds inside our existing frame. Big Bonus! This involved disassembling four underbed drawers but nothing was too much trouble for Peter. He arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. His attention to detail was faultless, both in the installation and in ensuring two elderly people understood how to operate the beds for maximum benefit. And the Bed? On the very first night my deep sleep increased from 13 minutes to 36 minutes (according to my Apple watch!). The 15 minutes of vibration on awakening is pure magic for old bodies!

Absolutely love my new bed. I have a chronic pain condition and a week and a half after getting the new bed I'm sleeping better and moving easier. The service was fantastic from first point of contact until delivery and installation. A minor glitch with the remote was fixed immediately. Couldn't be happier.
