I contacted this company to enquire about some spare parts for a wardrobe that I purchased some time ago from a now defunct company and they were quick to reply back and to accommodate my needs. Since they are dealing with a lot of the same furniture as the original company I purchased from I can speak from experience when I say that the quality is really good. I first did business with this company in 2021 when it traded under the name of Instrument Ltd. Unfortunately the business closed in May 2023, due mainly to the prevailing economic climate and supply chain issues caused by the war in Ukraine. The company is now working hard to build the business again from scratch. These facts became known to us in December 2023 when we required a spare part for our sliding wardrobe. Some businesses might have said "sorry, we can't help, we're a new company" but Sliding Door Wardrobe have been fantastic in terms of sorting out the spare part, timely communication and a wonderful can-do attitude which bodes well for the future of the new company. Well Done, Sliding Door Wardrobe!

Previous company: Instrument Furniture Ltd went bust last year without refunds to their customers. For them to set up this one. Would never trust these guys.

Conman, setup this new company after liquidating his old company Instrument Furniture leaving unfulfilled orders and taking money without repayment. Buyer beware, make sure you pay with a credit card if you use this company

The Sliding Door Company installed a Brema 250 bi-folding door cupboard for me in 2019. I was very pleased with the Daco product. Sadly, one of the bi-folding door nylon wheel runners has now distintegrated after 4 years use and 2 others will most likely need replacing in the next 3-6 months. Unfortunately the trading slump that followed the UK Gov's response to the 'pandemic', it seems, forced the Company to close and it is now rebuilding under a new name. I am pleased to say, however despite this set back, that the Company responded to my enquiry for spare parts and has offered to send them gratis.
