Very friendly service with excellent food. Wine Wednesday was a pleasant surprise. The seasonal crisp featured Palisades peaches and was a real treat.

Had a coconut mindblower, and it certainly lived up to the name. While not coconut, the short rib was also a certified mindblower (along with everything else we ate). Couldn’t be happier with Jackie’s service, and overall was just an excellent experience.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The service was great from beginning to end. Alex and Jimmy were wonderful. The short ribs were probably the best I’ve ever had. The elk and accompanying sauces were delicious.
We loved the sides as well - we ordered sweet potatoes and zucchini. Both were perfect with our meal. Apps were wonderful. Focaccia bread was amazing and watermelon and burrata salad was outstanding. We will for sure be coming back. Well done, Slope Room!

Classy atmosphere in Vail Village. Loved the artwork, lighting, and layout. It was perfect for more intimate conversation. The food was very good — had the pork belly appetizer and short rib and lamb agnolotti. However, we sat in the bar, yet our server was not able to describe the cocktail menu, which was somewhat disappointing.

I wanted to get here for dinner but the timing just wasn't in the cards - the next best option was breakfast. It was counter service, which was great. Everything came out very quickly and was delightful. It was filling without feeling heavy. They've got some great breakfast options - its a great way to try the Slope Room if you can't make it for dinner!
