They have good deals deliveries always on time never really have to wait very long and the delivery people are very cordial great service to go through

This service is terrible now. Been ordering for years and a delivery never took more than an hour. Now they give you 3 hour wait times that aren't even guaranteed. It will literally change and get pushed back hour’s randomly. Support is completely useless.

I've love hyperwolf and never had a problem with them but then I turn them onto my mom. Her bottle was not sealed and was made to look sealed with a piece of tape so I weighed it and I had a little weed missing and it didn't even look like the weed she picked out. I'll probably continue to order from them but I'll be extra careful

The new price structure setup sucks. The "Rewards" program consists of .01% on the dollar. Upon redeeming the points, one must meet $40 min.w/o taxes applied, then use "Rewards" and pay taxes on everything including the rewards I earned. It's double-dipping. I take my business elsewhere. Although, to be fair, HW is not the only sheisters in town. It is industry-wide I a'int found one right dispensary yet. Additionally, kudos to HyperWolf for not bowing to public pressure and lowering your prices!

2024 update: another successful delivery of fantastic products as always. The prices are right, the delivery is always top notch, very fun drivers. And their rewards are top tier and always available to use (for me anyway) I’ve now been a loyal customer for over 4 years!❤️
I’ve ordered from hyperwolf for about a year and have never had any issues with any product. The products have always been top notch. I recently ordered an RSO from 710labs that didn’t work right. Hyperwolf sent someone out with a replacement within 20 mins of contacting them. The driver helped me and replaced the item and made sure it worked and I knew how to use it. Their customer service is phenomenal! HIGHly recommend them!

This is the only weed service I've ever used and I will continue to use until I buy the farm.
They even implemented a senior discount program which I really like. Old folks need to get high.
