Blocked drain (SO16) Excellent service! Came out at a few hours notice and cleared our drain no problem! Really appreciated the advice given. Would definitely use again (but hope that we don't have to!)

Clearing blocked kitchen drain (SO51) Smart drainz responded really quickly to my message and arranged to sort the blocked drain very promptly. Cody did a great job and was really considerate and efficient. Sorted the problem quickly and effectively.

Checked over drains and provided advice to solve sewer smell (SP11) Cody was excellent, really informative and provided clear practical advice and gave peice of mind that the pipes were not pitch pine. Best service I have ever had from anyone in this business. These guys are trustworthy

4 new gullies and lining of all drains (DT3) The workmen were very hard working, courteous and helpful when I wanted to understand what they were doing.

Investigate blocked drain- confirmed. (PO8) Smart Drainz responded within 24 hours and carried out a CCTV survey of the offending drain. They confirmed that it was a collapsed pitch fibre pipe which was already starting to block again. They advised that the repair was the rsponsibility of Sothern Water because the drain is shared with next door.

Unblocking an outside drain (DT1) Cody and Ryan fixed my issue within 30 minutes and I could not be more pleased with their work. Cody talked me through the whole process, and gave me advice on how to make it not happen again, which I really appreciated. They were friendly and courteous, and speedy with diagnosing the problem and then quickly fixing it - not easy in the dark and cold!

Replacement soak away (PO14) Our old soak away for rain water had failed. We contacted smart Drainz for a quote. They responded quickly and we agreed on a replacement new soakaway. They were able to fit us in within a week. The work was carried out without fuss and workers were polite and tidied up after they had finished. They also made a repair to a different drain issue that we had noticed. The only issue that we noticed afterwards was a small leak on a downpipe joint from the original guttering. After contacting them they returned quickly to try to resolve the issue. We are confident this will be resolved.

Investigate and clearing of blocked stack (PO19) Had Cody out to investigate a blocked drain. Arrived same day at the agreed time and got straight on with sorting the issue. Informed me of progress throughout the job and what options were available to solve the issue. Transparent with costs from the outset and overall couldn't fault the service - would definitely recommend

“blocked drain” according to property survey (SO30) In the process of selling my house and the buyer’s RICS report noted a severely blocked drain in the garden. Buyers asked me to have this resolved 48 hours before our agreed exchange. Smart Drainz called me to book an appointment within 60 seconds of my posting the job on checkatrade. An engineer was sent out at 8am the next day. The “blocked drain” turned out to be a soakway which the RICS surveyor had misidentified, in perfect condition. Despite the fact that this was a wasted appointment for the engineer he still found it funny and was graciously able to laugh it off and not charge me.

Blocked Pipe to Old Soakaway. (SP4) Prompt, efficient service. Ben was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Following a suggestion from Ben the issue was fixed within half an hour, which, together with a senior citizens discount, helped to keep the cost down to a very reasonable amount, Overall very pleased with Smart Drainz.

Empty drains and relining (GU31) Excellent service, they visited within 24hours of contact (needed with blocked soil pipes), and investigated in less than hour. Returning a few days later to re-line the drains which have been fine since. Very clean and tidy, excellent communication and nice people

Checked drains (PO4) Called me within 10 mins of me sending them a message on checkatrade and were booked into come to me house in 2 days time (and on a Saturday). Found the problem with my slow draining toilet and said I likely needed a plumber and said he wouldn't charge me for the call out. Even still he checked my pipes downstream from there. Nice guy doing good work. Would highly recommend

Unblocking a toilet (PO7) Very responsive, non pressurising, extremely pleasant, fair, explanatory and excellent worker, very able in that he finished the job properly.

toilet bowl was not emptying after flushing (Not Available) excellent customer care arrived on time very professionally carried out inspection of the problem with the toilet the problem had cleared itself great advice from the drain experts would definitely recommend this company and we would not hesitate to use again for any relevant job
