Initially, I met Dr. Arsiwala at Woodlands Dental Group, where her exceptional attention and honesty set a high standard. After she left, the care at Woodlands Dental Group felt lacking, pushing unnecessary and expensive treatments. This led me to follow Dr. Arsiwala to her new practice, Smiles by Dr. A, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Her practice upholds her values of honesty and patient-centric care, and her warm, kind approach makes every visit a pleasure. The staff at Smiles by Dr. A are wonderful too—lovely, gentle, and familial. My mom, my younger brother, and I are all grateful to have made the switch. Dr. Tasnim Arsiwala has been my only go to dentist, and I follow her around anywhere she goes. She’s always incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain each step of the process thoroughly. She has a hand of an angel. She does not compromise tooth structure nor soft tissues. The entire team was meticulous in matching the crown’s shade to my natural teeth, ensuring a seamless and natural look. The results speak for themselves—the crowns are not only functional but aesthetically flawless. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which made the whole process smoother and quicker than I anticipated. The staff welcoming and professional. From the receptionists to the dental assistants, everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Went in for my first cap filling and I was very nervous. Laura was very comforting and informative and made a great team with Dr. Arsiwala. I was out in less than 30 minutes and didn’t even need any numbing!
