Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is by far the most luxurious and elegant hotel I have ever stayed in. What truly makes it special is the incredible staff – especially Nurita, Hamza, and Mondial at the Rosewater restaurant, and the kind Laxman from the luggage service. We loved the hotel even more because of them. Their warmth, kindness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. There were also other staff members whose names I unfortunately could not remember, but they were wonderful, and we truly loved them as well. And I must not forget the housekeeping team – they were amazing and very kind, keeping and arranging the rooms in the best way. the pianist Valeriya she is very kind her music was simply soul-refreshing, she is truly wonderful. We left the hotel with tears in our eyes – that’s how much we loved it.🥹🥹🥹 قمتُ بتجربة العديد من فنادق الخمس نجوم حول العالم، لكنني لم أرَ أجمل من هذا الفندق. فندق كونراد هو الأروع والأفخم الذي ذهبتُ إليه. ما أعجبني كثيرًا في هذا الفندق هو الموظفون، بجمال معاملتهم وأخلاقهم العالية، وخاصة موظفي مطعم ماء الورد في الاستقبال: نوريتا، حمزة، ومونديال، كانوا رائعين حقًا. يمكنني القول إننا أحببنا الفندق بسببهم. وطبعًا لاكسمان، الطيب الخلوق الذي يعمل في حمل الحقائب، كان رائعًا أيضًا. جميع الموظفين كانوا رائعين، وحتى من لم أحفظ أسماءهم للأسف، كانوا طيبين وذوي معاملة راقية. أحببنهم جداً ولا أنسى الذين يقومون بتنظيف الغرف رائعين و طيبين جداً يرتبون وينظفون الغرف بأفضل طريقة و عازفة البيانو فاريلا الذي عزفها يرد الروح أنها رائعة وطيبة 🥹🥹🥹غادرنا الفندق والدموع في أعيننا
