I ordered and paid on December 15, 2024 and now on January 11, 2025 I still have not received my order. The customer service I have received from Smokes Canada has been atrocious! I have been told for nearly a month that I need to be patient. I have asked them to put a call into the shipping company and find out what is going on. I was charged $24.99 for shipping and for almost a month the tracking has showed my order sitting two hours away from me “Waiting to be shipped”. There are a lot better companies out there! Companies that actually care about their customers. I strongly urge everyone to use one of them!
