I have worked with Social Broker for almost 6 months now and have been extremely happy. They have over-delivered on every promise with their content management in terms of scheduling, quality and relevance. Despite Social Broker being external of our business, I feel like the content created strongly reflects our services and our values. I highly recommend to anyone looking for help with and/or to improve their social media!

I have to chase the content monthly as it does not get uploaded in a timely manner (right now I have no content but billed earlier in the week) - the instructions re your day preferences /platforms are not followed, you end up doing a bunch of admin to correct it. Support does not respond to any of your emails (i end up booking an appointment with sarah) to get some airtime and then it magically gets resolved when that meeting rq is seen. there is no other way to get intouch with them if I'm honest. I love the idea behind it and IF it worked smoothly I could see more value in this. We have been trialing this for a few months now, and I'm afraid to say you are just a number. Unfortunately we are time poor but if this was an employee - you would have let them go already. Open to other solutions

Hi Paayal - thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. As previously discussed, we upload a month's worth of content once a month. This means there won't always be four weeks worth of content to view, especially toward the end of the month. We do always make sure to upload the next batch of content before there's a gap in publishing in order to maintain the rhythm of 12 posts/month and deliver what our clients pay for.

I apologise we've fallen short of your expectations around scheduling and communication, but I'm glad that the accuracy and quality of the content itself has raised no issues. I've tried giving you a call and have emailed, so will wait to hear back from you to workshop next steps.

So easy to work with and process mostly automated, great content and well written commentary to go with it that sound like as it should be is written with someone with good knowledge of the finance topic, easy for clients to understand as well. The colours and branding have been transferred across and used by the team well especially for the price point for the service per month. Helps take the pressure off spending hours on canva and chat gpt to create my own content which I don't have time for.

This is evident as the founder of that business recently left a 1-star review for the very same 'wellness clinic' you yourself gave a glowing 5-star review to last year.
