This team of carers and their director are the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable I have had the fortune to engage to care for or mother. They behave in a highly professional, hygienic manner yet manage to appear as though their charge could well be a valued member of their own family. Sajid is an experienced professional in health care. My Dad needs support and exercise routine everyday. Sajid and his team are reliable, caring and flexible in making adjustments to the exercise routine based on changing needs. I am glad that we have found Sajid and my Dad also enjoys the interactions during exercise routine.

We're very pleased with the service from Medinova. Their personalised nature of care is really appreciated, particularly by my octogenarian father who has quite particular demands. Their staff is friendly, professional and respectful. They don't try to impose their ways on you, but cater to your needs. I'm very impressed with the owner of the company who personally follows up with me and my father to ensure we're happy with the care and if there's anything further they can do. Highly recommended.

Medinova team led by Dr Sajid is very professional with personal touch. I am very pleased with the carer support we are getting from Medinova team of specialist carer. Great service provided to mum. Any feedback received positively and addressed immediately. Carers have been kind and very helpful to mum. At times Sajid himself has personally attended to ensure mum is happy with the service.
